I normally do not write reviews about places but my experience was so bad that I felt the need to let others know not to buy their coffee at this particular Starbucks. To start off, I waited for quite awhile as I watched the employees continue to makes drinks when they saw the line building. You would think as soon as you see a line start to form, you would switch to one person making the drinks while the other person takes orders. When they finally were ready to take my order, my drink was a little modified but I said exactly what I wanted. It wasn't some extravagent drink that was super hard to remember. All it was was an iced coffee with nonfat milk and six pumps of sugar-free mocha. That's it. When my drink was almost ready, he asked if I wanted to top it off with milk. I was confused because I asked for milk to be put in the drink so I asked if he already put some in and he didn't. I also don't even think he put coffee in my drink either. Im pretty sure he just put six pumps of sugar free mocha in a cup. The order was even on the drink so I don't understand how someone could mess up a drink that bad. I ended up having to go home and remake my drink. The whole purpose of going to Starbucks was so I didn't have to do that but I ended up having to anyways. What a waist of a trip, money and my time. You would think that if you work at Starbucks, you would know how to make coffee. I honestly should have went back there and showed him how to make the coffee. Needless to say, I will not be going back to this Starbucks ever again. I do not recommend this Starbucks to anyone and it doesn't even deserve...

Secondly today the lady was incredibly rude and I felt like she should not work in customer service with the attitude she had. There wasnāt even any issues and she had such a nasty attitude you would think she spit in the drinks. I would not recommend this location they are usually very understaffed and the line can be horrendous, as well as you have to always double or triple check if you get any extra items that they gave them to you or even do there job properly like warming up food. Itās Starbucks so technically itās Starbucks quality but outside of that I would go anywhere else if you are able. Per the review under me there is not always a table free they have 2 tables and no room for standing around the Starbucks counter. I would know as I come here more than 2 times a week and at varying times, they have also closed early and outside of one staff member who is excellent and works long shifts not any other employee here likes there job and itās obvious.
