Starbucks — Restaurant in Aurora

This was by far the worst experience I’ve had here tonight! Well I came in for my regular coffee the line was kinda long and there was 1 girl who looked like she needed help there was another girl in the back with reddish looking hair and glasses who just watched the line get longer and watched the other girl struggle.. I finally got to the counter to order my coffee and the girl who made it did amazing!! Best coffee ever I like it on the sweeter side! Anyways I sat down for awhile and enjoyed my coffee to my surprise the girl in the back NEVER walked out into the front!! Starbucks is great at the app on my phone so I was able to pre-order and pick up my order, smooth easy to do. Having the app and Order ahead is nice it's fast I win one time the line was really long and I was glad I pre-ordered my coffee. On this particular trip I had the tall coffee and coffee cake. The coffee cake was excellent and the staff was really friendly. I had to reward coming to Reed's they said I can bring the order take that I can take advantage of that reward myself to do it later and I got home and checked my email and Wednesday was double star day so that comes out good anyway so I still have their reward ordering plenty of coffees and the app in the gift card. I had been sitting for 30+ minutes waiting on my order because there was one person making all the order. The manager is out covering for someone's break and granted she's probably doing something I mean it was hard to tell but instead of helping the guy behind the counter make drinks she watches him struggle with other people's orders yet has an input on everything. This is honestly the worst experience I've had here so far and it's not even the guy who's making the drinks fault. It's the managers. I felt so bad for the guy he's running around and very obviously new to this so isn't as fast. The manager should have stepped in yet there are 5 groups of people waiting on their drinks....
