I have been a loyal, regular patron of this particular establishment for several years now. Last year, to my shame, I contributed over $3,000 to the gross retail revenue of this store. My old man is a retired Army Colonel and 30-year veteran. He was visiting for his 70th birthday from the Greater Seattle area, and as such, was particularly fond of Starbucks coffee. We naturally visited one morning, and I proudly announced the circumstances to the store manager, Dan, at which point I rather pleasantly asked him to comp the old man for his $2 grande drip. Dan refused, despite the fact that we all know there is an easily accessible comp button at the till. For some reason, he was quite concerned about the impact a $2 comp for a 70-year-old, retired Army Colonel, who spent his life protecting our freedom, would have on his corporate mothership's $4.5 billion net profit in 2018. Consequently, he made himself, the lovely ladies at the bar, and me look all manner of stupid in front of the Colonel and the other patrons present at that time. Please tell me I'm not the only person left on the planet that sees how excessively lame this is. The old man is coming back for his birthday this year, and, of course, we will be stopping by for coffee. Perhaps Dan will think twice about the response he offers this time. If not, I will gladly have a kind word with him regarding his obnoxious folly. From Starbucks Customer Care... Thank you for contacting Starbucks. I just finished reading your email and appreciate you taking the time to share your concerns with us. I am sorry to hear about the disappointing experience you had in one of our locations last year with your father on his birthday. This is obviously not the kind of experience we want you to have. I will be more than happy to make this right for you. I would like to invite you back for a better experience by crediting your Starbucks Card. Thanks for giving us the opportunity to fix something that went wrong! Sincerely, Anahis C. Thank you for your prompt and appropriate response. I am rather pleased to see that your empire has not forgotten the priority due the loyal consumer, particularly society's honored elders. I remain concerned, however, and perplexed, as you, like Dan, continue to avoid any mention of, or offer any apology for, the disrespect shown a senior officer who dedicated his life to the defense of your precious rights. Perhaps you are having trouble comprehending the significance of what the service men and women in our Armed Forces provide you everyday? Let us not forget that we all owe them the greatest respect and gratitude. Thanks again for the quick and quite reasonable reconciliation you've offered. I eagerly await receiving the highest quality, complimentary beverage later this...

Today when we came in today for my daughter to use one, the lady with the teal green hair wouldn’t let her use hers. Gave no real reason, just said no. So now as we sit here, I am watching her be super pleasant to everyone else who walks in for their over priced drinks and talking smack after everyone walks away! Well guess what sweetie?! We sitting in here can hear you. Yes, I am upset you refuse to take our reward points( the internet everywhere says that “tarbucks” takes these rewards for greater customer satisfaction). This location should be embarrassed that this employee is the only one who will not participate in this rewards program. They even have a sign that says “You look like you could use a free drink”
There is a Starbucks literally in the same shopping center as this one. I do not like that place. Horrible service, people and employees are horribly entitled to whatever for some reason. This one though, even when it’s busy, the employees are always super sweet. I’ve been sitting here for at least an hour while my BF does some work, listening to how super professional the employees have been and in return how polite the customers have been. It’s nice to see how there is still some people who remember...
