Taco Bell — Restaurant in Aurora

this Taco Bell is brand new and the management is off, it's a bunch of high school kids that are probably high AF and they ALWAYS will screw up your order, I didn't want to write a 1 star review but this is the 5th or 6th time you pay for steak or chicken or remove cheese add jalapeños etc...and then they always make the basic version of the item and screw up the item. e.g. barely any beef or way too much beef when its the wrong protein already, or just tons of one thing and none of another. I get it maybe you dont want to work at taco bell, you're in high school and just want to smoke weed and zone out and you don't care, well then don't work there, let someone who does want to work there provide consistency like other branches. Positive note the restaurant is very clean looking and modern, did like the dining area every time I pick up. Will stop doing online ordering and check orders thoroughly from now on.

This Taco Bell is just horrible! The two young men behind the counter this morning could barely speak English & they didn't understand TACO! The taco shells were disgusting because they must have been really old & had that gross stale taste. I just read another review where a gentleman said the same thing about a month ago. This location is constantly getting our orders wrong & this is a direct reflection of poor management. There are so many bad reviews & I don't understand why the owner isn't stepping in & making A LOT OF CHANGES? I'm going to try to call the corporate office, as I am concerned for the safety of the customers because I don't trust the food is cooked properly. If you're serving taco shells that are past the expiration date, what else are you serving that you shouldn't be? We were so excited for this location to open because it's only a mile from our house, but it's been one horrible experience after another, so we'll start driving to another location. My husband ordered the number 10 and asked for no lettuce on his taco. I noticed on the screen the mod wasn’t listed so I made sure to double check when we were handed our order. Sure enough, there was lettuce on his taco. Which is fine. Everyone makes mistakes. The issue is the attitude we got when we asked it to be remade. The man at the window asked to see our receipt then snapped at my husband that it doesn’t say no lettuce. My husband said “alright, can I get it with no lettuce then?” And this man throws a tempter tantrum loudly proclaiming how we never asked for no lettuce. It was wild. Also if we’re going by what the receipt specifically said, we had 9 hot sauces on our receipt but only got 3. And we ordered 2 starrys but we’re only handed one (which also seemed to piss the Taco Bell employee off when we asked for our second one that we paid for). Super unacceptable service. How...
