Went to this place because it had a good amount of 5 star reviews, but should've went to the smaller Vietnamese restaurant less than 5 minutes away. This place is very disorganized. First of all there is no specific waiter/waitress for the tables. We were told there would be an about 5 min wait but waited probably about 15. This is understandable because you can't predict how long people will take. However, when our buzzer finally went off and we went inside the man in front just pointed to a table and told us to sit there, then a waitress asked us what we wanted to drink and we told her. A couple minutes later a younger waitress came with our drinks and asked if we were ready to order. Considering. We had sat down not even 5 minutes we were not ready to order, so she said ok and left. Now this place is not that big it's more of a small restaurant with a bunch of tables squished together, so there was no way she didn't see that we were just sitting there waiting for her to come back after about 10/15 minutes. That is when the young male waiter saw us, and proceeded to come over and take our order. At this point we had been served by 3 different people, so it seems like there was no assigned sections/tables and anyone was getting served by the multiple waiters. After ordering our food we waited and waited for probably over 20 minutes. Watching as tables that ordered and sat after us got their food first. From all the free time I had while waiting for my food I noticed that if you ordered anything besides a lot Mein or pho you would be waiting for a while. As some of the tables that came after us received their pho and noodles before us. While another table that was there before us still hadn't received their order. Once their order came I noticed it was a chicken dish like orange chicken or something. Which makes me think that if you don't order something that's popular then you'll be waiting for a while.
I gave service a 1 star because the young waitress that seemed to be our waitress even though all the waiters were all over the place barely even serviced us. I watched as she went to all the tables around us and asked them "is everything good/ok? Do y'all need anything? Does it taste alright?". While she never once came to ask us any of those questions. Which makes me think she just doesn't like Asians even though she is Asian which is pretty common. Because there is no way she can "forget" about us because we were literally in between the tables she kept going to, having to walk past us multiple times.
As for the food it's not worth the price. Unless we ordered the wrong things, but it just seemed like very Americanized Asian food which goes against their sign on the building that says authentic Vietnamese food. The so called ginger chicken barely has ginger. They should just call it chicken stir fry with the...

I visited this restaurant last night with high expectations, only to be met with the most horrendous dining experience I have ever encountered. We arrived around 8 PM, and the place was packed, which only fueled my excitement for what I assumed would be a fantastic meal. We were seated 15 minutes later, and it took another 15 minutes for us to place our order. At this point, a mother and son sat to our right, followed by two men to our left, and a lady on the far side. All of them were seated after us, yet somehow, they all received their food before me—despite having ordered earlier. My partner’s meal arrived in about 10 minutes, but I sat there watching others around me eat while I was left empty-handed. As time passed, I gave the staff the benefit of the doubt, assuming they were just busy. But 20 minutes turned into 40, and by the time I looked around, my neighbors were happily slurping their pho and enjoying their sizzling hot dishes while I was still waiting for my shrimp vegetable delight. The waitress passed by multiple times and saw that I hadn’t been served, yet only acknowledged it when she took another order from the table next to me. The embarrassment really set in when nearly an hour had passed and people around me started noticing. The woman to my right even said, “That should be taken off your bill at this point, because that’s just ridiculous. I hate that this is happening to you.” I couldn’t believe it. It was utterly humiliating. Finally, after nearly an hour or so, my food arrived. But by then, my appetite had completely vanished. When I told the server I no longer wanted the meal, she offered no compensation or apology—only a passive comment about taking it to go. What made it worse was that no one, not even the owner, came over to apologize or offer any genuine acknowledgment of the situation. It was as if my inconvenience was insignificant. My partner asked for the bill, and we left immediately.
Let me be clear: I don't want a single reply from the owner to this review. The time was last night, and nothing anyone could say now will make up for the sheer disrespect and embarrassment I endured. This experience is irreparable. I will never return to this establishment. This was one of the worst dining experiences of my life, and I will be sharing this on every platform I can. Do yourself a favor and do not waste...

also there is a few tablespoon outside but there's plenty of tables inside and even elevated steps to another above area dining places as well
