Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Austin

Extremely rude.

Pull up the drive-thru, employee made a rude comment, and then proceeded to tell us that we were lying when we challenged her on what she had said.

Another employee joined in also being rude and after a couple of brief statements said drive through. We assumed that meant that they might be a manager and wanted to talk to us at the window about the other employees attitude. When we did get up to the window, the original employee was there and she said we were lying and that she had never said the thing she had said and then when I tried to respond she smirked at me and slammed the window shut, then locked it.

Then she turned to the other employee that we could see, laughing and the other employee joined her. We have complained about this location before, and the manager or owner simply doesn't seem to care. This is not surprising as this location can never seem to remain stocked with the most common items or ice creams. I mean praline and cream is one of Baskin-Robbins most popular flavors and this location almost never has it. We will try to call corporate this time and see if they can help, but I suspect nothing will change with this location as it has a long history of...

I came here again hoping that the customer service had improved, but it hadn't, if anything it was worse. When we pulled up to the drive-thru we politely said give us a minute and the employee said okay I guess in a very rude manner. I was so upset that I wanted to leave but my husband drove us back around and asked for the employees name or employee number. The employee said their number was four which we asked if that was correct and she said yes. Then another employee came on and said what is your problem, so he said what the employee had done to us and the second employee said rudely just drive through. The first employee number four or what she later said CJ, said she never said I guess and when we pulled through thinking they wanted to talk to us she was very rude and when I tried to reply she slammed the window shut and locked it. I have had problems at this location and with this specific employee before but the manager appears to ignore their actions possibly because of Labor shortages. Avoid this location...

I'm pretty sure everyone at this location is constantly high af. First time we went, they were out of waffle cones and hot fudge (and probably other things as well). I ordered two ice creams to take home and the guy serving me literally forgot every ice cream flavor, topping and mix in as soon as I said it. Me:"Can I get hot fudge?" Server dude: "oh yeah!" proceeds to put lid on my ice cream with no hot fudge Me: "um does this have the hot fudge on it?" Him: "oh!" goes over to machine, looks at it for a second and turns back around "oh wait we're out of hot fudge" It was like that for literally every single thing that I asked for. Second time was just as bad! The said they were out of waffle cones even though they were literally sitting in the case on top of the ice cream...
