I love you bummer burrito. Haters, y’all need to move along bc I will not be ok if this place ever goes away. They offer GOOD, NORMAL SIZE gluten free burritos. I have literally never found another place that offers g free burritos at all. The beans? Creamy and luscious. The rice? Perfectly cooked and seasoned. The sauce? Taco Bell in its Michelin dreams. The Fritos? In a burrito. Genius. This burrito can almost cure depression. I don’t drink but I bet it would put a hefty dent in a hangover. Now that I thought about it, I have to go get one today. Thanks for being there for me, Bummer.

Don’t, just save yourself and don’t. This is unbelievably the worst burrito I’ve had. We ordered the Bummer and the Cheeto-rito. First and foremost, making you order through the bar is a sham instead of a walk up or online. Obviously a marking tactic to order more but frustrating if you just want to order some food to get in and out. The Bummer with carne asada tasted like straight Ortega seasoning and nothing else. It was leaky and overfilled with lettuce. The pictured presents the monster Cheeto-rito with stale hot Cheetos. The ONLY bright side was the tortilla.

A certifiable bummer. Our first visit tonight- we wanted to try a new spot on the east side. Tried the chicken and also the carne asada bummer burrito. It’s absolutely not a $20 burrito (which is the actual price). Not only was it room temp at pickup time (I was there right on time) but it was mainly sauce and tortilla. Belly does not agree w the burrito. You can’t get away with selling bad burritos like this in Texas. There will always be a better, more affordable option. Taco Bell’s burrito is comparable but at least half the price.

I’ve been a repeat customer at this place and love the food, when I heard they moved to Manor I was a bit disappointed because it would be further away but still wanted to give them my business.

I placed an order online and drove the 25 minutes from South Austin. Order was supposed to be ready for 11:30. I Show up at 11:45 and it’s not.

Lauren the supposed manager was explaining she was having system issues, and to come back in 15 minutes and the food will be ready. I said no worries, things happen and waited.

Came back 15 minutes later and she had a frustrated attitude explaining that she had other orders before mine and she “didn’t know what to tell me” she then started raising her voice and was talking over me, when all I was trying to be was understanding and work with her. Because at this point I have over an hour invested into this burrito, I wanted my food and to just go home.

I couldn’t even get a word in and she’s yelling at this point saying over and over again “I’ll just refund the order” out of disbelief and frustration I just leave empty handed. As I walked back to my car I could hear doors and cabinets slamming from the food truck and a few moments go by and I see Lauren walking away into Batch.

I’m absolutely blown away at the lack of empathy and resolution on just a human level… not only did I have my time wasted but was made to feel like somehow I’m the problem.

Nearly two hours of my time wasted, and...

Their is a coffee shop everywhere in Austin, but finding 1 that is actually genuinely friendly seems harder than it should be. I decided try this one out and was very disappointed. My order was taken by this 1 armed character with short shorts that seemed more appropriate for the beach than a workplace. Some of these alternate lifestyle folks thrive off getting reactions from people, who might not otherwise have any opinion of them. Anyways I was informed they did not have any regular coffee , but they had an Americano which did not make a whole lotta sense to me. I settled on a green tea and they did not even bother to fill the cup up. Then places usually have honey available to the customers along with the sugar and whatever else. They kept it behind the counter and when I requested some, the lady would not even allow me to put it in myself as though not giving out honey is gonna boost or cut their business costs. I sat down on the back porch and had the feeling like the baristas were just waiting for some reason to tell me to leave. These little things make a difference in the customers experience and if this place does not do well, then its no wonder why. I won't be returning because places like this make me just wanna enjoy...

Really not a good burrito, but it was edible. I got 2 $20 burritos. One breakfast and the frito rito. Both do not use quality ingredients or seasoning. I chose the option to make the spicy and it made zero difference to the burrito. The salsa Dona (hot sauce) is literally chunky water with no spice or flavor whatsoever. Absolute disappointment for the price. The only reason I would eat her again is if I was starving and had no choice. It’s kind of a disgrace to the Austin food scene. I had to go home and put Taco Bell hot sauce on it to make it somewhat enjoyable. When I picked up my order, there was no one in the truck and they just slapped the bag on the ledge for...
