Quaint new brewery with house beers and local quest brewers on tap. Very friendly service and knowledge of product.

4.5 for over all (so I rounded up to 5 😅).

Minus points for having no flight option, but they are happy to provide a free sample pre selection. Beers are served in 8 or 16oz pours.

Outworld IPA: Cloudy Unfiltered look, with a soft buttery flavor on the pallet. Smooth lite hop finish. Unique profile for IPAs.

Shady Knolls Lurker IPA: Mild unfiltered look, with crisp clean start and strong hop finish. Pretty standard when it comes to IPAs, but very drinkable.

1st Day of School Pale Ale: Caramel in color with fresh hop overtones that drinks like a Golden IPA. My favorite and one I’ll be getting again.

Earth Tones Saison: Young and unaged, this Saison is bright and tangy. With sour notes that is reminiscent of a Gose. Sour lovers would enjoy this one, but not overbearing so ya non-sour lovers can enjoy.

Food was carb and cheese heavy (Pizza over focused) with some salads that seemed liked an after thought, but all in all good to coat the belly to have that extra beer.

Hours: T-Sun 4pm to 11:00pm

Free fast Wi-Fi Available.

No phone number so, email them for questions or lost & found.

Patio is long, but lacks art or plants or much shade at all really.

I think this Brewery is a nice spot and has the potential to grow into an...

Awesome place for some killer pizza and great beer!

They mainly offer food in the way of pizza and salads, but they also have some stromboli and bruschetta. I would say their pizza size is small/personal, so you may not want to share. They're baked to a perfectly thin crisp that has a hearty crunch to it. You can even ask for it extra crispy, just beware, only do so if you REALLY want it crispy.

Their beer is tasty and refreshing. They constantly rotate their own stuff and offer about 6 brews at a time. If you want something a little more familiar, they offer some local brews as well. They also have a good, short wine selection.

The interior is uniquely decorated and very clean. Various antler and branch light fixtures can be seen hanging, and they have some really cool paintings hung around. They have a room near the entrance that's a little more private and resembles a 1990's living room. There's a foosball table, Super Nintendo, N64, and a Pacman table. It's cool to hang in if you have a small group or want to play some games. All the games are free, too.

I definitely recommend checking this place out for the beer and pizza alone, but the vibe is also really cool and relaxed. Just a great spot to...

Wash all produce/vegetables/raw product/produce before prepping/cooking it...

WHO AGREES?

WHEN I was employed:

I WAS TRAINED To: get produce/food product set the container/box/bin on the floor (most of the time, I GUESS because there wasn't counter space???) get clean cutting boards get clean knives (that are EXTREMELY dull)

CHOP all of your vegetables THEN RINSE THEM.

Let them drain. distribute into storage containers to put in the (breaking/leaking) reach in cooler below the prep line. All this does is transfers the pesticides/environmental dirt/dust/contaminates/anything that the food may have came in contact with before it comes to you to the inside of the vegetables/produce/product.

Don't get me wrong, great atmosphere, I love the beer, cool owners from just interacting with them. LOVE THEIR ART!

BUT...

I worked here, a staff members fabricated a story that was not true about me ,and I was barely considered enough to receive a THREAD of text messages to be laid off. I TRIED MY HARDEST, I even desperately needed and deserved some explanation, I begged for it; of why "one" person/a bartender can just say something about (me) or ANY other employee/person - that time: ME! AND GET - ME...

I can see the food is okay, it's a nice place to bring the family I suppose. It reminds me of a Chili's. There's just one small caveat. They smoke there meet outside in the parking lot. They wash off spills directly onto the concrete and which goes into the curb side into the watershed drainage. Even the mean shut off the water is saturated by fat. It leaches down the bike lane. Cars run through the meat by-product run off and leave tracks throughout the parking lot including Manor. The smell of it permeates everything. There are roaches and rats at night. I don't know how they get away with this washing off meat into public walkways and streets. Perhaps code compliance doesn't pertain to them The food is good. But I wouldn't want to bring my children or pets around this place at all. It's basically sewage runoff at the street side.
