Chick-fil-A Four Points — Restaurant in Austin

I have always loved Chick-fil-A for their overall consistency. They usually go above and beyond, which sets them apart from other chains in quality and service.

This morning, I went through the drive-thru and ordered a spicy chicken sandwich meal for breakfast at 8:22am. Because I have a sensory issue with small bits of food, I cannot eat hash browns. I usually ask, even before 10:30am, if they can substitute fries instead. Most of the time, I get a simple yes, it will take a few extra minutes, or a polite no if they are too busy.

Today, however, Maria at the drive-thru told me they were “not equipped for lunch” and could not provide fries. I found that response odd because the fryers are used for several breakfast items. There were only two cars ahead of me and none behind me, so I doubt it would have caused much of a delay. I have had this done many times at this and other locations without issue, usually just waiting a few extra minutes.

I understand it was early, but it should not be unreasonable to accommodate a small request like this. I doubt I will return to this location, as it was disappointing to be told they were “not equipped” to use the same fryers used for most of...

This was possibly my worst Chick-fil-A food experience ever. When I pulled in, I decided to stop here because the line was much shorter than usual.

I asked if they would make the hash browns well done. They refused, which I can understand. It's a busy location, and that can take a bit of time. So instead I ordered a spicy chicken biscuit and a spicy chicken burrito. The wait to get my order was around 10 minutes, which was surprisingly long. In that amount of time, well done hash browns should have been doable.

My chicken in the biscuit was way overdone. It was crispy, but I was dry, chewy and stringy. I think it's by far the worst chicken I've gotten from Chick-fil-A. The burrito chicken wasn't much better, because it wasn't crispy, didn't have much cheese, and didn't have much chicken.

I don't expect to be coming back to this location, because there are too many better choices for food...

They're ignorant and can't understand how to make a customer's sandwich properly.

I ordered a club w colby cheese , but it's missing cheese and bacon, so I return it. They make me another one. Only this time they add cheese, but no bacon, so i return it again. I get the 3rd one. Has everything, but the cheese is American, not Colby.

I should've return the 3rd sandwich bc technically it wasn't correct either, but since they wasted so much of my lunch break I had to accept their mistake. A$$holes

Also, i had to ask for new fries bc the mngr seemed to think i wanted old cold fries that had been sitting there while i was waiting for them to make me another sandwich. I had to ask since they weren't offered, from the mngr no less. How lousy is that??
