Panda Express — Restaurant in Austin

The worker was friendly when I placed order for the family meal combo. I wanted the broccoli beef but the food looked old, broccoli was dark green, beef was dried and almost empty on the bottom of the pan. She told me to wait for about ten minutes so they cook the new batch. I was ok with that and wait.

When the food was ready for me to take home, I opened the boxes and found that the broccoli beef was not there, instead there was kungpao chicken. I told the manager who was available at the counter that my order was not right, she did not even look but tried to argue “It’s there in the box”. I said NO, she then came over and looked. When she found that there was no broccoli beef, she said “We only cook more when the food is empty in the tray”

I told her that food left in the pan were old and not enough for a box that I order. She was so rude and said “If you want you can have it for free, we not gonna cook more”

I couldn’t believe in what I heard. They wanted to sale the bad food to customer instead of dump it in the garbage? I told her I was not happy with this kind of service. She seemed didn’t care. I left the store with the food that I did not order. Never come back to this place again & I would not recommend anyone...

Already gave them a one star. Went back now updating my review with another one star. I literally buy an entree and the box is half full. Half full. How hard is it? It's 4:30 on a Thursday. Not busy. Not rushed. Can't fill a box up. It's basically two bites. This Panda Express has issues.

Usually takes a lot of attempts to get me to give up and write a bad review. I'm not one of those people that has one meal and does it. The last five times I've been to this Panda Express, each time it was 30 minutes to an hour before close and literally they were sold out of half the menu. Not only that, but there is only six primary entrees on the menu. The spot on the menu that has the most real estate where it has pictures of the food. There are only a handful of items that they select for that. 2 months ago they stopped selling the honey sesame chicken yet it remains as one of the main large items on their menu. Put a paper sign or something out there for goodness sake. And, don't run out of half the things on your menu 45 minutes before you close for the night....

Got 2 Panda Express at 10:30 try to place an order waited at the intercom for about 10 minutes I pulled up to the window. Waited another 5 minutes after that they finally acknowledge me and tell me they don't open till 11 I said well your window has 10:30 and so does online. she said well we open up at 11. So I said well could I place my order and just wait she closed the window on my face as I pulled back around And I go through the drive thru intercom and I said that's fine I'm just gonna wait until You guys open up at 11 the young lady I think she was a manager said oh you have to get out of the drive-through because of timer because of the timer you can't wait to here. So I just backed up at 1103 I decide to pull up and they tell me they don't have white rice. I even placed an order online and had to call 3 times to cancel because I,ended up going down the road by HEB. I HAVE a broken ankle that's why I went to drive thru. If I could give a negative 10 I would needless to say I was so mad I cussed the girl out and drove to...
