**I’m going to edit my review each time I receive a low quality item. Most recently, I received filet mignon’s that had disgusting brown edges. I also received toastada shells that were completely broken and unusable. **I’m editing my review, shopping here has regularly become a one star experience. This is the cucumber I received in my curbside order. It’s complete mush. It’s bad enough that it was on the produce floor to begin with, but the fact that an employee could pick it up and think it was acceptable to place in someone’s order is ridiculous. I used to be a die hard H-E-B fan but the diminishing quality and increased prices has left me really frustrated. I utilize curbside weekly, and it seems I’m having to call every other order for a quality issue, especially regarding old and moldy produce. I have a shopper note to please check strawberries for mold before picking, and again today I received moldy strawberries. They’re always more than happy to refund when I call, but the fact that they’re putting moldy produce on the floor at all, and then picking and charging for it, ESPECIALLY when there’s a shopper note is completely unacceptable. The response is always the same: “I’ll let the produce manager know” and then nothing ever changes. Aside from the quality issues, I also had a customer service issue in the floral/balloon department at this location recently, which is very unlike the experience that H-E-B used to strive so hard to provide. Overall I’m just very disappointed in this location and the brand as a whole recently.

I was shopping for some stuff for fried chicken when I was invited to see their BOGO on seasonings. I specifically asked the employee at the stand if I was only limited to one pair, and they said no I can get multiple pairs on the BOGO. I go to checkout, and of course I AM limited to one pair, and the info I was given by an employee was wrong. I had to take the seasonings off of my order. Any other grocery store would’ve simply honored it (it would’ve been like a $8 difference for yall to account for but I guess that’s too much for a big corporation) I definitely have a bad taste in my mouth after this interaction, especially after shopping here so many times. Do better.

So I go to H-E-B yesterday around 1 PM on a wet and cold day just wanting hot soup and what I found was empty soup canisters a dirty soup bar and when I go to the deli counter and ask if they plan on refilling the soup canisters they tell me almost in a rough way in one hour. I go to talk to the unit director name Scott and he basically placated me and offered me something else, but I wind up getting whatever soup was left and the soup that I did get was cold so now we have a food safety issue.

First and foremost, H-E-B Four Points is a large supermarket that offers a wide range of products. Customers can find everything they need from fresh produce to dairy products, meat, and seafood. The store also has a bakery and a deli section, which offer a variety of delicious treats and ready-to-eat meals.

One thing that sets H-E-B Four Points apart from other supermarkets is its commitment to offering high-quality products. The store has a large selection of organic and locally sourced products, which are becoming increasingly popular among customers. In addition, the store has a team of trained butchers who can help customers with their meat selections and provide tips on how to prepare them.

Another thing that makes H-E-B Four Points stand out is its customer service. The staff members are friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help customers find what they need. They also go out of their way to make sure customers are satisfied with their shopping experience. For example, the store offers a curbside pickup service, which allows customers to order online and have their groceries brought out to their car.

One of the best things about H-E-B Four Points is its community involvement. The store regularly hosts events and fundraisers to support local schools and charities. This commitment to the community has helped to build a loyal customer base, who appreciate the store's efforts to give back.

In terms of the store's layout and design, H-E-B Four Points is well-organized and easy to navigate. The store is spacious, with wide aisles that allow customers to move around comfortably. The displays are attractive and well-stocked, making it easy to find what you need.

Overall, H-E-B Four Points is an excellent supermarket that offers high-quality products, excellent customer service, and a commitment to the community. If you're in the Austin area and looking for a great place to do your grocery shopping, H-E-B Four Points is definitely worth...

manager MARTY. Bad costumer service. I realized that part of the management team of this store are not professionals. there is a problem with the water dispenser outside that is all 4 times. What happens to me? It's nice to talk to manager Martin. I don't know if he's the owner of Heb because today I went to look for snow water and the machine was damaged again. He was explaining what was happening to his work team. Why didn't they tell another drinking water company? Manager Martin arrived with arrogance. He really needs to go to school to become a professional. I never thought heb hires people like that. I never disrespected him, I just told him that he always has the same problem with the machine. and I told him she has time so you can talk to the company to accommodate her and he told me arrogantly. Last time you told me. he pushed me the car where I carried my bottles. and he told me if you don't leave I'm going to call the police so they don't let you in this place and I said call then he spoke to him in Spanish and he told me that he didn't want to speak Spanish he sounded racist. and I told him that you are going to call the police because this is the second time that I have told you to fix the machine and I still tell him that this is not the response of a real manager. that he lacks professionalism and he pushed my car again so that Mr. Martín can check the cameras. how unprofessional I have been talking to my lawyer and we will...
