Smoothie King — Restaurant in Austin

This location opened in late 09/2024 by chick-fil-a near Four Point area. The place is new build nice and clean but a bunches of high school kids that have no clue how to run up a cashier by scanning my smoothie Kings app on iPhone. Very discouraged at the checkout and I have been at this location 6x and 5x were all messed up drinks and app rewards.

The management needs to improve and provide serious training for this location. Until then I am not going back here…wasting my monies and times here.

I've been going to this location a lot since it opened and the staff and smoothies are always on point but last night I had to point out. So I showed up a few minutes to close looking for a mobile order that I thought I sent but apparently didn't send through all the way so it hadn't been made. Justine and the other two employees there were very kind and understanding and let me place my order on the register and made my smoothies super quick. They were super nice and the smoothies...
