Went a few days ago with coworkers after work, mind you we work in the service industry so we are super understanding of when someone is very busy and maybe forget things once, or twice if really really busy but in this instance our waitress didn't even have that many tables. For one our food came out at different times, my steak dinner came out first then one of my friends' cheese fries came out 10 min later then our friends salad came out like 25 minutes later. You can tell she forgot to check on it cause as soon as he asked her about it she said "oh" and comes back like a few seconds later with it. She never brought the A-1 when I asked for it my friend had to get it from the bar 15 min after I asked her. Also I asked her for limes so finally I got up to get them MYSELF. We thought maybe she doesn't really understand us rather than forget things because she seemed to have an accent so we are being patient at this point thinking its a language barrier between us but when my friend told her that she wanted to send back her fries and to please take them off her check cause she didn't like that she could taste that they stayed under the heat lamp too long (again we are SIN workers we know how things go) she suddenly understood very well what my fried was telling her and argued that my friend ate the fries. I watched my friend take ONE bite out of one and not like it, then she said "maybe I just bit into a bad one, I don't want to be that person so let me try another" so then she takes ONE more bite out of another and it was equally as gross and soggy. So by then we're like okay she understands perfectly so maybe she's just terrible at her job. Our other friend said his salad was also gross and most of the lettuce was see through (like when it perspires cause its been left in heat for a while) but he felt really bad and still made an effort to eat it so he basically paid for something he did not like it all. I don't know that we will be back again to this location and if we do we'll just sit at the bar cause we are not gonna chance getting terrible service like we did Saturday afternoon. You guys need to talk to this young lady cause we were not the only ones she upset, at least we didn't act rude the way the booth next to us did and we heard it all. But she was terrible at her job, doesn't follow up with tables, forgets things and seems just careless and distracted. We work at a very very FAST paced environment and she would have been fired the first day how she handled few tables that day and couldn't even keep...
Read moreIf you’re looking for an exceptional experience at Chili’s, do yourself a favor and grab a seat at the bar with Pamela. From the moment I sat down, she set the tone for what would be an outstanding visit. Pamela is the kind of bartender who doesn’t just take your order—she makes you feel like a VIP from start to finish.
Her service is on point, with the perfect balance of efficiency, attentiveness, and personality. She knew exactly when to check in and when to let me enjoy my meal and drink, all while keeping the conversation flowing in a way that felt natural and welcoming. Whether you’re a regular or a first-timer, Pamela has a way of making you feel like an old friend.
The drinks? Perfectly made. I ordered a margarita, and you could tell she takes pride in her craft—balanced, fresh, and not overly sweet. When I asked for a recommendation on something different, she steered me toward a drink I wouldn’t have normally ordered, and I’m so glad I trusted her judgment. It’s clear she knows the menu inside and out and is passionate about making sure her guests enjoy every sip.
Food service was just as impressive. My order came out exactly as requested, and she even made sure to double-check that everything was to my liking. Little details, like remembering my preferred dipping sauce or noticing when my drink was running low before I even had to ask, made all the difference.
Beyond her skill and attention to detail, what really stood out was Pamela’s energy. She brings such a positive, welcoming vibe to the bar that makes you want to stay longer than planned. You can tell she genuinely enjoys what she does, and that enthusiasm is contagious. Even while juggling multiple guests, she never seemed rushed or flustered—just cool, confident, and totally in control.
It’s rare to find someone who elevates a casual dining experience into something memorable, but Pamela does just that. She’s the kind of bartender that keeps people coming back. I know I’ll definitely be returning just to sit in her section again. If you’re at Chili’s and want the best service in the house, Pamela at the bar is...
Read moreWho doesn't want to enjoy a margarita & Mexican food on Cinco de Mayo? Almost everyone wants that so it was no big surprise when all the Mexican restaurants had tremendous wait times. We just wanted a good margarita and some Mexican-esque food. We knew there wouldn't be a wait due to the fact that there was no crowd outside & parking spaces readily available. We were starving so we made menu decisions before the server even came to our table which was 10 minutes after we were sat. We placed drink orders ( patron margaritas) & an app to get started. 20 minutes go by and still nothing at our table. The server asked if we had gotten anything yet, which clearly we hadn't. So she "checked" to make sure the order was placed, it wasn't. She asked us again what we had ordered so she could place it & we went ahead and ordered our entrees while we had her attention. App came but no napkins were provided (throughout the entire visit) no waters were provided either, which is standard if a patron orders an alcoholic beverage. Drinks were still nowhere to be seen & the server was straight up ignoring us. Other patrons had issues & one even left after being seated before they could even order any food due to the excessive wait. When the drinks finally came (45 minutes in) they were riddled with condensation from sitting at the bar & they tasted horrible. We were about to get with the manager on duty to let him know we were leaving when our food was delivered about 50 minutes into the visit. Mind you a runner tried to deliver our entree to a different table who said it wasn't theirs & then walked back to the kitchen. We did not drink the margaritas & I wanted to get them taken off the bill but I couldn't find anyone to help. What a sorry experience this was, save yourself the trouble. The worst part is the lack of communication, I can understand if a spot may be in the weeds, just let the patron know! I ended up paying over $50 for drinks that were not consumed & lack luster food. DO NOT...
