I ordered Tour of Italy and Mozzarella Sticks - takeout. You’re supposed to get a checkin link, I didn’t and had to call the number on the to go sign. After waiting bit a takeout host brought 2 orders to the car, my window was up at the time so I rolled it down and took my order and she handed the car next to me an order through their passenger window. I sat there for a while to finish my conversation on the phone and headed out. I live 25 minutes from this location so as I pulled into my driveway and parked I reached into the bag to grab a breadstick … it was then that I saw I was handed the wrong order. This order hash salads and breadsticks… there was a sticker with a males name on the salad. I was immediately frustrated as it was clear I had no dinner and the path to correct this would lead me to an hour long trip back to the store and home again. As I called the store the sand phone number flashed across my phone so I clicked over to answer. I advised I was just calling them and the person says “oh good, looks like you took the wrong order”. Now of course this immediately pissed me off. I laughed curtly and said well no you gave me the wrong order to which the person who was not the one who brought the food to the car says… “well she said she read the name and showed you the items list and you said it was yours”. Let’s stop here for a minute …the first issue I have with this is that the restaurant 100% has. Control of the pickup process .. this is the purpose of providing her spot numbers at pickup. This is also the reason the are supposed to say the name and verify the details on the receipt matches the car they are delivering to so to pretty much say I made a mistake and this was my mess up instead of acknowledging an error is beyond reproachable. I had to defend the injustice that was done to me and say no that’s not the case I was just handed an order through the window.. to which the response was “ the ticket is on the outside of the bag” she aid she only said part of the name bc it was hard to pronounce”. I’m ok with an error… they happen what I’m not ok with is the horrible service that someone would literally point a finger at me and tell me what I did wrong to try to put the blame of their mistake on me. I’m the one out of dinner and the one having to use gas and time to correct the error. I was finally told well ok seems like a miscommunication… side eye… I can come back to pick up my food. I had a tight schedule so I wasn’t sure I could even come back that way so I wasn’t told if I didn’t come to face the food today they can’t remake it for another day and I’d have to just get a gift card … I later found out that meant they were giving me the cold food that had been sitting there 2 hours and didn’t want to remake the order… I’ll come back to that though. So I go back to the restaurant.. told them. It would be 25 minutes ( so that they would start remaking the order, I assumed they would be giving me fresh food”. When I got there I called the number told them I was there and provided my spot number. I was told ok great they will be right out with your order…. I watched car after car pull up and get their orders and take off… I assumed they were remaking the meal…20 minutes later a takeout host comes to the car and asks if I’d like to pick up an order … i laughed and said well yeah I’d like to and advised I’d been checked in fir 20 minutes she apologized and said something must have went wrong with their system I told her I physically called and spoke to someone… she was a very sweet person and went to get my order. So now almost a half hour of waiting I had my order… remind you I placed the order 2.5 hours ago…as I’m driving home .. I’m starving .. I reach in to get a breadstick… it was cold and hard . When I got home and took out my food the whole meal was that way I couldn’t even enjoy it bc I didn’t want to reward food I wanted the fresh food I had paid for. Super dissatisfied and disappointed with this experience.

This location has really gone down hill. I’ve been there twice in the last month and both times the service was horrible. The last two times we were there for lunch and the servers ignored us most of the time. They didn’t check on us, never gave us refills, didn’t offer cheese, no mints. The worst part is I kept finding this white bumpy stuff in my soup. It looked like tripe. I took my soup home with me and found three more pieces in my soup. I don’t like tripe and I don’t appreciate it being put in my soup. Seeing this in my soup makes me feel like they were purposely treating us bad and putting mystery meat in my food. Also they have way too many to go parking spots. This makes it hard for handicapped people when they have to park so far from the door. My family and I go to Olive Garden all the time and we usually enjoy the food and the service. I used to work for Olive Garden so I know what high standards they have and the way things are supposed to be done. I don’t like to write bad reviews, but I hope you will use this to improve things and keep customers coming back. I ordered Zuppa Toscana, salad, and fried mozzarella. My friend ordered the gnocchi soup and salad and split the appetizer with me. I took a picture of the mystery meat.

Jenni was my waitress and wonderful. On top of my every need and checked on me often enough to fulfill my needs but not too much. I had their new(er) mushrooms which are stuffed with seafood, lasagne and salad. The salad is great, the sangria is superb, and there is a special running buy 1 of certain dishes and pay $1.00 to 3.00 to take one home. i took the pics after I ate, but it was great. Chelsea helped a lot with the jammed credit card machine and she checked or smiled at me as she went by. When I initially walked in the door, there were 4 beautiful young ladies, and they worked together trying to find a seat for me, Jenni. There are nice young men who carry out the heavy dishes. I am really happy to see this. Waitressing during college I understand the stress. Edgar carries food out and stopped when I had a problem with these gadgets where one pays their bill at the table. Mentioned above Chelsea fixed it. Yay. The service is excellent, the food delicious and again thank you Jenni for providing an excellent dining experience. I will be back.

First the host was excellent & very professional, when we got sat we had one server say "i will be with you in a few minutes", then the female mod took our drink order and appetizers then another server told us that she would also be with us in few minutes, so it kinda showed they arent sure whos table it was which just look messy, then our actual server Shantay was VERY unprofessional and she also made ordering more difficult then it actually was. when our food arrived she removed our appetizer plate which STILL had food on it, when we told her were still working on it she responded with "really theres barely anything on it" then continued to constantly try to remove the plate even though there was STILL food on the plate, then while serving others and us she was dancing and singing in the middle of the dinning room which looked SO UNPROFESSIONAL I came for a nice dinner not for a live show, and the worst part of our meal was another server (Karina) that was in that same section, she was the rudest and disrespectful server i have ever seen! at first i tried to get her attention while she was near the pos system with the host talking by saying excuse me, she didn't react so then my mom also tried to get her attention by saying excuse me a little louder also didn't react then my father also tried to get her attention this is when she pulled out her index finger and told us "one minute" WHILE NOT EVEN TURNING HER HEAD TO LOOK AT US WHILE SHE SAID THAT, I was furious by this. I invited my parents to dinner for their anniversary and i paid $63 for the worst meal in my my entire life and when i asked for our bill Shantay the server grabbed the tablet I then told her no im paying cash she then said " well you only asked for the bill and i am showing you the bill" i was shocked by this response i wanted a printed PAPER COPY of my receipt i know that i can look at the bill on the tablet. i've had better experiences at waffle house than at this so called "fine" dinning restaurant & and at the end of our meal we asked to speak to the manger and when we told him our experience all he she said "sorry, could i get you free dessert" AS IF WE COMPLAINED TO GET SOMETHING FREE OUT OF IT!! no we complained because your serving staff is horrible, unprofessional, disrespectful, and poorly trained. I am so disappointed and disgusted by how you run this location and hopefully you hire and TRAIN your...

I'm going to start off and say I'm in the service industry and have so much patience going out to eat. This wasn't the case on 05/07/2017 . The entire dinner was horrible. Food was good when it finally came out 45 minutes later. (Only soup) when we were asked for our drink orders. I asked for a water and Long Island. I also asked for A.M.F. (Cocktail) that was introduced to me at the Olive Garden on 620. Manager came to the table and asked me what it was. I explained I I got it from the 620 location. She said that was impossible because it's not on the menu so there for we can't make it. So I just agreed with Long Island. Never got the water. My other family received drinks within 5 minutes. My Long Island took about 12 minutes to get to the table. Bread sticks and everything had touched down and I'm still drink less. I asked for salad with the bread sticks because I was only eating salad and breadsticks. My sister and dad with are the soup. So finally the salad came out 30 minutes after ordering. My girlfriend got the basic pasta and sauce. The hit the table before the soups ever did. We had to remind the waiter that we ordered two soups. By the that time I asked for 2 Long Island, it's been over an hour. The manager said I was passed the "drink limit since I haven't ate anything or drank water." After she already came to the table and said she be right back with the soups and my drink. She lied and cut me off. The service was horrible. When we finally asked to speak to the manager Kate again, she was "busy". They sent out the kitchen manager you had no idea of the situation or of me cutting off of getting another drink. As I see the kitchen manager talking to us. Kate is around the corner looking at the situation instead of handling it her self. The whole entire dinner was awful. Food was good. Just poor service, disrespectful, rude manners for the floor manager of this Olive Garden. Will not be returning here ever again and will be calling corporate to inform them of the situation, also have my receipt that's time stamped so they can go back to that pacific day and time to watch other the videos in the restaurant to evaluate why we will never return here again. You go out to Olive Garden to enjoy food and the experience with the people you are with, and that definitely will never happen at this location with a manager like Kate running...
