Poor Customer Service. They could have resolved the matter. Instead, all 3 employees I dealt with were rude. I ordered online with Whataburger Partner Irecka Anderson according to the APP. Part of my order included a large shake Dr Pepper Malt shake from online order. When I arrived they said the shake machine Doesn’t work? They tried to offer me a soft drink which is not even close to equal value plus I didn’t want a drink ? The biggest thing is that they were all rude. Being nice to a customer , every customer, especially when you don't provide the order they pay for, ought to be common sense. I have drinks at home . I asked for a refund and they said they don’t do refunds online orders? The original person at the drive through was upset I wouldn't accept a soft drink which is not what I wanted, not of equal value, but I understand they wanted to substitute something quick and easy for whataburger to get the line moving. I asked for a burger of equal value and the three workers were all rude . They kept being rude all three of them . They were happy to offer me a soft drink to replace my shake which was not of equal value . I let them keep the shake and drove off without a refund or the shake . Three Whataburger employees were all rude. I left without the shake . They kept my money since I paid for the shake . Hence, I’m writing this review. They were more concerned about getting the drive thru moving forward which I understand but they were rude with the substitute trying to force me into a drink . Disappointed in poor service . If you are going to do a substitute then give a person equal value and don’t cheat them to accept a drink that is not of equal value. Common courtesy. Common sense . Treat customers with respect . I have worked in customer service and the treatment of customers is unacceptable....

Just 2!!!!!! I ordered a number 2 and a number 4 nothing special. I come up to the window and pay, once we got our drinks they told us to pull into the parking spot and wait. Knowing this Whataburger I timed it. We waited 45 mins!!!!!!! We went inside and they had not even made our food yet! I was so mad. Then 2 weeks ago my sister and I go to the drive through. This guy was so mean! Rude, impatient and didn't listen! We were the only car there! So we get up to the window and he continued to be rude. Whatever probably a bad day. Ok so we get home and pull out the food at home and the order is wrong and we are missing items! I call the manager and she says she'll replace the order. So we go back today 9:45 am an no coffee. I saw some old man struggle to get drips of decaf out the spout. We wait for 15-25 mins and we get our order not to go, like we had asked. She goes back and spend the next 5 mins bagging our food. We get home again....an to no surprise what so ever the order is completely wrong. Worse than the first time. Read moreWell, I don't like to put in bad reviews but one thing after the other. I ordered online since I had a large order for a company, I arrived after the 'ready time' and still waited another 15 mins. The cashier was super nice, i did not catcher her name and when I called back the manager was also nice on the phone. While waiting I stood there watching them make orders, I notice that ALL the employees were not wearing gloves. I used to work in food services as a manager and know all the health regulations that are required. You do not have to wear gloves to be clean but you can not touch anything else, and boy were they. They were touching food and then touching the screen, treys of prepared hot foods and other item, I did not see anyone touch themselves though. (like face or rubbing their nose)This is a big 'no no' in the industry and I was not happy seeing the food being made this way. I left and got back to my job and notice that after all that waiting they missed a set of times I had ordered. I called back and my options are to come back to get the items or still come back to get the refund, I already wasted so much time waiting after I pre-ordered.
