Cinful Sweets — Restaurant in Austin

Cinthya oozes creativity from every pore, and her enthusiasm is contagious. An expert in all treats imaginable, Cinthya's works are not only gorgeous, but fun and delicious. I, personally, have sampled almost everything in her warm, welcoming shop!

Most recently, I took a her cooking class, along with 17 other people. The organization that went into it far surpassed my expectations. The panna cotta dessert had approximately 10 DIFFERENT components, with between 5-11 ingredients in EACH component.

Cinthya and her staff (including her husband and daughter!) had recipes with everything measured and divided for the participants, along with all tools, equipment we each needed.

Never have I had such an appreciation for dessert as I do now. It was a great opportunity and a fun time physically making and eating the fruits of our labor, along with a catered dinner from a wonderful local chef.

Chef Cinthya is the real deal - her chocolates are amazing and her personality is warm and welcoming. The shop, whenever I enter, smells like chocolates and baked goods... another excuse for me to be there.

Whenever provided the opportunity, I gift her chocolates to clients at the end of a personal chef experience so that they may remember their night on a sweet note.

The variety of the product that she has, given the scope of today's dining preferences has given a lot of my clients enjoyment as they are either gluten or dairy free along with multiple other allergies. She has products that can be enjoyed by everyone.

Chef Cinthya also collaborates with a lot of the small business community. She hosted my valentine's day collaboration, and it was a huge success. We are looking constantly for future projects work on.
