Ordering pizza online? Perfect. Have a problem? Not so. They don't answer the phone. I tried calling that night and the next day. After ringing for a few minutes, it disconnects. If you do get through, they put you on hold without waiting for a response that that's okay and then leave you there for 30 minutes.
The reason for my phone call was because I ordered three pizzas at 5pm with a delivery time of 8:15pm. They delivered at 8:25. Okay, not a problem. The California Veggie had a piece of CHICKEN on it. Not okay for a vegetarian. Took it off. Figured I would call about it. Couldn't get through and I'm glad.
Because the next morning, EVERYONE who ate the pizzas - all ate different pizzas - were sick. I think they made the pizza at 5 when I ordered and then just placed it in a warmer until 8:15. Not okay. That is how you get food poisoning, which is unfortunately what happened to us.
So I'm trying to get through again, now not just for the pizza, but also for the food poisoning. I've written this entire post while being on hold, just FYI.

Read moreEvery single time I've ordered light cheese from this location they have failed to do so. I went in person today to double check and again, the pizzas all looked exactly the same. Larry, the manager, seemed aggravated when I expressed how that was not easy cheese. Put me off and made me feel like he wouldn't make another or if he did he would spit in it to be spiteful. Was insanely rude, claimed that was HIS version of easy cheese, when it clearly looked exactly the same as the other pizzas. Makes me question what kind of management they hire at this company.
Refused to give me corporate's number and told me to look it up myself. I've been coming to Domino's over any other pizza place for years but I am now switching and taking my business elsewhere.

I tried calling another location to see if they might be able to get a hold of the store for me the employee at the Slaughter location told me that they have been getting a lot of calls about the store on William Cannon and at that store has been getting a lot of issues and that they were sorry but they couldn’t help me out because that store was owned by a different franchise owner.
