If i could give negative infinite I would the manager Carlos was rude, disrespectful, antagonistic, scary and so much more. Please dominoes, see this and handle Carlos who told my wife, when she asked for corporates number and he said they don't have a corporate and he was the highest it would go on the chain. When my wife called and spoke to the "manager" they agreed that they would replace the pizza and she informed them that we had a house full of kids that were already complaining that they were starving, so we would have to feed them some of what we have, but I had pictures from as soon as we opened the boxes. And, the "manager" said they could replace it bit it may take awhile because they were short staffed, and she was ok with it. Not even 5 minutes later, the "manager" called back saying that his "supervisor" said that if we gave the kids some of the pizza, we could only be replaced with what wasn't touched and I felt that he was calling my wife a liar. Me and Carlos got into it and he hung up on me. Then, my wife calls back up there to tell them we would just bring it back ourselves to make it faster for the kids to eat and he tells my wife that he wasn't going to do anything about it because of how the conversation went between me and him and then when she started asking for corporates number or whoever else was higher than him, he basically said he was the highest of the chain.. I will get to the bottom of the line on who I can contact and report him to. He was very unprofessional and did not present himself as "Supervisor/Shift Leader" material. Read morePlaced order, at about an hour mark I called the store as the tracker was not worker. Dee answered and explained the situation. Trying to be understanding, I got off the phone and decided to wait. At the hour and a half mark I called again. Some kid answered, did not give his name. Was silent for a while and said my order was on its way. Once my order got here, both pizzas were cold, one order was wrong, and the cheese for the bread knots wasn’t even melted. I called back and the same kid answered. When I told him the order was wrong he said he would speak to the manager. He came back saying he would offer me a credit, to which I said I needed a refund. He continued on to interior me and get loud. So I said fine give me a credit. To which he said have a nice night and hung up on me. Seeing how I wasn’t signed into my account when I placed this order, I’m not sure how he is going to give said credit. The main issue, Dee, if you are the manager, you should be handling all guest complaints. Not some kid who has no professional. Not even an apology was offered. Read moreI absolutely do NOT leave bad reviews. My experience here was horrible. I use the app for deliveries. I placed my order and it immediately said it was being prepared...... for the next hour+!! After the 45ish minute mark I finally decided to call just to make sure there were no issues. I didn't get an answer. It happens sometimes its busy. So I waited and called again 5 minutes later... still no answer.. few minutes later... no answer. I try to call corporate... no phone service. No Facebook messenger... I found these reviews where the response mentions to call carlos so I did.. no answer. The only reason I'm not giving one star is because the store finally answered an hour and a half later and the girl on the phone said the food still had 30 minutes. I asked to cancel and she canceled the order with no hassle and was not rude at all. Either provide the service you claim to offer or close. This was ridiculous this establishment will no longer receive my business.
