East Side Pies — Restaurant in Austin

Seriously good pizza. But they should be embarrassed to sell these baby-sized slices for $7 plus tax. Of course i understand the added cost of operating an airport location and the concept of a captive audience. But COME ON East side pies. I wouldn’t be nearly as disgusted at the price of this has been a normal sized slice served on a paper plate instead of a tiny slice served in a full color graphic individual pizza slice box that probably cost more than an entire pie to produce. The box is going in the garbage folks. The pizza is getting consumed and that’s what you’re getting rates on. Save the money on the box. Make bigger slices. Then everyone will be ok with you charging them $24 for two slices and a drink.

I’ve never experienced such bad customer service than on august 21,2021 when Your cashier refused to take my order! It was around 4:35 pm when I walked up to the self checkout and had finished paying when I had an error 404 message on the screen. The lady kept screaming behind the counter they’ll be closing in 5 minutes that she didn’t care and she’s leaving.I told her my card went through and she said no it didn’t and walked away. It did go through and got charged 12.99 for some horrible attitude, I never got my pizza since she REFUSED to serve me.

I walked away and on my way back I see her selling pizza to other people without an attitude

I want to speak with whoever is in charge of this place to ask what they’re going to do as a disciplinary action and get my money back for something I never got.

Absolute worst Customer Service Experience Ever!

I went here today to grab a quick slice before my flight and had an unbelievably bad experience. After paying for a cheese slice, I was shocked when the staff tried to serve me an obviously old and cold slice instead of one of the fresh ones from the tray.

I politely asked for a fresh slice, but they insisted I could only have the oldest slice. This made absolutely no sense. When I asked questions, they rudely told me they could give me my money back.

I took the refund, but I'm still appalled by how they treated me. The staff showed no regard for a paying customer and neither did their manager. Avoid this place at all costs if you value customer service and fresh food. I cannot believe the rudeness and the blatant disregard for...
