Huge fan of Einstein but if I could get -100 stars I would. After waiting for over 15 minutes (I was #8 in line) I discovered that the food is already made and sitting under heat lamps. I begrudgingly grabbed a breakfast sandwich and went to the register to order.

Skittles took my order. And every time he wasn't pushing a button on the register he was looking down drawing eyes and eyelashes on a bagel bag. There were hundreds of them. And I had to keep getting his attention to finish ringing me up. Now I know why the line was so long and so slow. I don't care what you draw but do it on your own time.

I ate my sandwich and it was the most disgusting dry and hard "food" I've ever had. Egg was crumbly and paper thin. Bagel felt like it was two weeks old. Didn't finish it and threw it away, and now I sit with a stomach ache and a wasted meal (and wasted $8).

Normally I would say "do better". But Einstein, just close this one down. If heat lamp food is your idea of a quality product, you have no business being in food service. Invest in training your people, help them develop interpersonal skills, and teach them how to produce food, quickly, and...

I got a Nova lox on Sesame and it was so good, I wondered if I've ever truly had a lox bagel my entire life. This was my first time trying Einstein's and so I wasn't sure what to expect. Not to mention it's in an airport which typically is of lower quality and consistency.

I was blown away by the quality. Every ingredient tasted fresh and the flavors shined. The capers didn't taste like the jarred stuff you get at the grocery store, instead it added the right hit of acid without overpowering anything. Like a backup dancer you don't notice but without which the experience is lack luster. The tomato was the perfect texture and taste and the red onion was crunchy with a hint of sweetness to it. And all of it was brought together by the most delicious creamy, dreamy soft cream cheese that I've ever had. I'm impressed at the texture they achieved with this cream cheese and now I understand why they call it a smear. Almost a whipped butter consistency. Surprisingly the bagel itself was unremarkable. But everything else was so good it's hard to care.

I wasn't expecting to have such a gourmet experience at an airport of all places!...

I've actually never had Einstein Bagels before but this experience was bad enough I may never try it again. First, they have pictures on the menu of a sandwich and when I asked for it, I was told they don't make it at this location and what they do serve is of to the side. Should have been my indicator to go somewhere else. But I decided against my better judgement and got a bacon and egg sandwich with a vanilla cold brew... I tried the coffee and it was so strong and the vanilla flavor was gross. I tried to doctor it up with sugar and cream but nothing I did made it better. I just tossed it before I left the counter. When I had a Chance to eat my bagel... the Asiago cheese was not very pleasant. The cheese on the sandwich was not melted..at all. It was still cold. It also had a very overwhelming flavor that over shadowed everything except the...

LEAST amount of cream cheese I’ve ever seen in a bagel. When I said it’s dry, the lady told me when you toast it, it’s dry. I mean common, it’s not the first time I’m eating a bagel. Finally, I had to BUY extra cream cheese. I’ve always liked Einstein bagels but this has been the worst experience ever. I’ve seen the company response to other similar comments but nothing changed. It’s probably just an auto bot response. 2.9/5 says it all. Here goes another unnoticed review. At least it’ll drop the rating even further and people will stop visiting this place for them to realize and correct their scammy tactics.

Einstein has been our go-to airport breakfast for years. The line here is always long in the mornings but the team does a good job getting orders out. We ordered 3 bagels with cream cheese at $4.50 each and all of them had just the most minuscule amount of cream cheese I’ve ever seen on a bagel. I get that this place is busy, but when you’re spending that much on a single bagel I’d expect better. We will probably be finding a new go-to breakfast spot, this isn’t worth it for us anymore.

Like the coffee, don't like the bagel. I haven't had Caribou Coffee since Michigan so there's a bit of nostalgia here. I was a bit surprised to see a non-local regional coffee chain at the Austin airport. I always thought this airport preferred local shops and avoided non-local chains like McDonald's and Starbucks. The Einstein Bros bagel was pretty disappointing. I'll get the coffee here next time and stick to Peached Tortilla for food.
