Hacienda Jalisco restaurant — Restaurant in Austin

The food is decent the service not so great. I’ve been here a few times and the waitresses are just so rude. Today I was trying to place my to go through the phone so I could just pick up my order but unfortunately I wasn’t able to do that. I called three times all three times they would just answer and hang up. It was drizzling so I figured oh maybe because of the weather the lines are not working so I walk in. I asked the waitress are y’all phones not working She tells me that they are I’m like well that’s weird because I just called three times and they would answer and hang up. She was like maybe it’s your phone because my phone is working. I responded well that’s weird because my phone‘s been working fine until I wanted to place my order. She gives me this horrible look and just rolls her eyes so then I ordered my chicken soup. She tells me it’s gonna be 15 minutes. I go wait in my car return in 10 minutes. It’s ready. I then tell her thank you I didn’t get a response. I’m like maybe she didn’t hear me which I know she did, but I was just trying to be cordial and see if she answered the second time And she totally ignored me the second time as well again the food is decent the service Definitely no...

Horrible experience Here We had came to Austin to Visit Search for a closed by Mexican restaurants This one came up called to make sure if they were still taking walk-in for a group of 14 people the person that answered said it was fine we got there our waitress was being really rude rushing us to order quickly because they were closing we order our food waitress brought it to the table some of our food was cold told the waitress if she can bring us the tab our tab was for $75 dollar told our waitress if she can explain to me why so much if we only order 1 burrito 1 quesadilla grande and another plate of nopales and 3 drinks she couldn’t explain why went to the cashier and asked why was it so much she had charged us for 2 extra plates that we never ordered and she told us she would fixed it was there mistake for adding it from 75 our tab went to $45 bucks if I didn’t checked our tab they would of probably not said anything I’m very disappointed not coming back we have never experienced anything like this never...

My wife and I came to try this restaurant on a Friday night at 6pm and we were the only people there. My wife ordered an iced tea and there was slime in it, we told the waiter, he said he was going to tell his manager. The waiter came back and said his manager shared that it was from the the tea bag. The manager didn’t even bother to come talk to us himself. The food took 30 mins to come out given we were the ONLY people there, and they got my order wrong. My wifes beans were cold and tasted old and rancid. My plate had no flavor and was room temperature. When we checked out, the manager looked annoyed with us, he didn’t even apologize for the slime and wrong order. Yea he gave us a $2.80 discount- Wooopdidooo! The service was terrible, this place is trash, the place is full of flies. Do NOT eat here, dont let the full parking lot fool you. No wonder this place is empty on a Friday night. … this place is a dump. Real bad...
