They took my money and never delivered! They dont greet you. The managers dont know what theyre doing unprofessional. The staff needs customer service training. And also needs to learn english. Foreigners complaining how we americans dont speak spanish and its discriminating but tgis store does not cater to bilingual. So i was approved but then refused service they put all kinds of stipulations not to deliver. Management says one thing then go back on their word. I went through all the process just to have them take my money and not deliver. And they refuse to give you owners or regional managers names i guess they dont want owners to know how they are screwing up. But as soon as we signed contract and asked the cashier a question about payment she rudely said, "don't ask me ask your sales associate" delivery took longer then expected assured me measurements of missing showroom furniture would fit in my room and it didn't. The employees disrespect you when you attempt to make a claim through what we were told is insurance that covered any damage. I would even consider over looking that if it wasn’t for the fact that the woman who helped us was extremely aggressive over the phone with me. She would not let me finish a sentence. I had to tell her to stop talking over me, for me to get a sentence in. Then when I proceeded to ask for a supervisors number she gave me a FAKE number.
