If I could give it zero stars, I would in a heartbeat. It was the worst experience for me. I took my dad to choose some boots for his Christmas gift back in November. He looked around and found the ones he wanted. Unfortunately they were not his size. The lady there (Alexa) told me she found them in another location and could have them delivered. She called to confirm with that location. She even sent us pictures of the boots and the size. Of course we were happy and agreed to have them delivered to that location. Two weeks passed and they call us to tell us that the boots were in. Here’s the kicker for me. When Alexa called me to tell me the boots were in, she said and I quote “The boots you ordered are in, however they are in another color.” Like LADYYY IF I WANTED THEM IN THAT COLOR I WOULD’VE ORDERED THEM IN THAT COLOR FROM THE BEGINNING!! She had the audacity to tell me that we could go get our money back if we weren’t satisfied. I mean of course I’m not satisfied. You ordered something I wanted in whole different color. I told her I would take the ones she ordered if she gave me a discount. They preferred to lose a customer and that’s completely fine with me. I’m just disappointed I wasted my time waiting. Just keep in mind if you go, make sure they order you the right color and not something they’re trying to get rid of. It’s your money and you’re choice. They are salesman and will try to sell you anything. Very Unsatisfied and very disappointed. I will never step foot in that facility again and will make sure to not recommend them to any of my...
