Horrible experience at this location. Came in at 4:50 and didnât leave until 6:40 for a drug screen, physical, and blood work. I was their only patient. For my drug screen the MA didnât read the request correct so she threw out urine that she needed for a second sample. The same MA did my blood, didnât pay attention to the amount of blood that was needed and had to poke me for a second time. All the while dropping everything possible on the floor and not using proper hand hygiene. She proceeded to dump blood from different colored tubes back and forth. I asked if this would cause any cross contamination and she said no. She proceeded to tell me that she was actually a radiology tech and not a phlebotomist which explained a lot and made me worry even more. She then took me back to do my drug screen a second time since she threw away my remaining urine the first time around. I completed the second drug screen and she proceeded to pull my incomplete sample from the first time out of the trash and proceeded to combine the samples. I asked if this would cause any error in my drug screen and she responded with âit should be fine.â All the while still dropping everything on the floor. I frequently visit clinics due to the nature of my job and this is by far the worst experience Iâve ever had at any clinic. I would highly recommend going to any other location because I couldnât imagine is being worse than this location. The doctor was pleasant and was able to complete my physical in 5 minutes, thatâs the only positive thing I have to say. Notified my recruiter about the possibility of having to delay my start date for work due to the incompetence of the medical assistant.    Read moreItâs hard for me review Concentra Urgent Care without bringing in the workers comp part of the reason I had to visit Concentra. But I will try to keep them separate. The doctor I saw said I probably have broken ribs. The biggest reason for my 2 star rating is that the location I went to didnât have a X-ray technician that week due to her being on vacation for her honeymoon. So I was in severe pain from a wet floor slip and fall at work and had to go THE NEXT DAY to another location for the X-rays. Which also took me 2 trips to find a Concentra with an X-ray tech at work that day. I was also given a rib belt and not shown how to use it. I would have appreciated a large font description sheet on how and THE IMPORTANCE of the rib belt. When youâve just had an accident, youâre in pain and have adrenaline coursing through your body so would be nice to have an instruction sheet to read later at home when I got settled. Also my doctor recommended a CT scan because the X-ray that I got at another Concentra location THE NEXT DAY after my fall showed at least 2 broken ribs but probably more. As I write this review, it is 8 days since my accident and I still HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE DOCTOR RECOMMENDED CT SCAN. My other reason for 2 star review is the doctor talked about a prescription for muscle relaxers. I declined them because I thought why would I need those for broken ribs. Well guess what?    Read moreWould have been a 5-star rating, a gentleman sat down in the lobby and watched a video as loud as he could on his very loud mobile phone that was more racist and obscene and language and offencive this went on for about 10 or 15 minutes the staff did nothing to ask the gentleman to turn it down or anything they left him alone. It took another gentleman to ask him to turn it down. The man with the phone got very aggressive very quickly. It was a sad situation when business office cannot control their own business or have enough decency to keep the environment professional. I was appalled as where the rest of the guests in there. It took 15 minutes and the gentleman was not told anything he just sat there until his name was called then proceeded to the back complaining and still cursing. He had no respect and the business is not respected self either if that was my business I would have fired or reprimanded the staff as well as ask the gentleman to leave due to the disturbance or at least turn off his phone none of those things happened even after the people in the lobby all voiced their concerns. My business and my staff and our contract will never again exist with this business we pulled out this morning. I suggest...
