I just left this place went through drive thru ordered 2 order of tacos no sauce a large curly fry and oh hi c fruit punch no ice and an egg roll total $17.16. No issues when placing the order issue I had was paying at the window the big heavy set Hispanic lady at the window didn’t greet me I handed her $22.17 so I can get a $5 bill back she gave me the loose 2 $1 bills and the .16 in cents I let her know take all the cash and just return me a $5 bill. She looked so confused looking at me with a “deer in a headlight look” ignores me and closes the window and returns with 2 $1 bill and change I let her know once again I do not want change I handed her the .17 cents and asked for $3 back. She rolled her eyes and shut the window again went to office to get $1 then returned and tossed me the dollar bills at this point I got off my vehicle and asked to get my order cancelled she obviously has no clue what she’s doing and customer service and work ethic is unsatisfactory for fast food. If she would have plugged in the exact amount of money I originally wanted to hand to her she’d realize all I was owed would be $5. Manager another Hispanic lady came to the window I tried to explain to her what just happened she could care less as well. Read moreI went in earlier today I ordered two spice tiny box tacos with only queso on top and two large curly fries with one large drink and a small drink when I get my bag I didn’t see no fries so then I knock on the window asking the drive thru lady for the fries she then says , “I didn’t charge you for fries” so I’m like okay we’ll I asked so may you ring me up for fries she says “No” i then said I won’t move because I ordered something and I didn’t receive it im willing to pay any extra charges she charges me and i receive them , my tiny tacos had like one drips of queso i have taken pictures so when I get the receipt for the two curly fries I then say may I have my first receipt she responded I done gave it to you I then say “well im sorry may I have another one “ she says no her name was Alexandra she is Hispanic wears a bun a older woman , she was very rude I take a picture of the window so I can show the management team and she seen she said “oh my god “ and slams the window I called right after this situation no one picks up I called again at 6:01pm , I called around that time because maybe a night manager would pick up but no one has picked up I was so un happy with everything over all . Read moreWent through the Drive-thru and the lady on the intercom was kind of rude. They were out of a few items and when I pulled up to the window was told I needed a face mask. Was not aware I needed a face mask because there are no signs at the menu, the only sign saying you need a mask is at the window after you have placed your order and drove all the way up to the window. After getting to the window the lady open the glass door told me I needed a mask and slammed it immediately. I told her through the window I did not have one because I did not know you needed a mask to go through drive-thru a and this is the first restaurant this is happened at. She opened the glass door immediately, grabbed the card out of my hand, pretty much threw the food at me and handed back my card and slam the door again. After leaving, the order was incorrect, had no receipt and was not asked or given any condiments at all. Tried to call the restaurant several times and was not successful in getting an answer. The lady working the window looked to be a manager or assistant manager, could not get her name because she was not wearing any identification or name tag.
