Only part of the order was delivered. The chips ordered and paid for were not delivered with the order. I called the store and let them know. Jesse got on the phone and told me they don’t have any drivers and he can’t deliver the chips. I said that’s not a big deal and asked him to just refund the chips as they were paid for. He said he could not do that as I received the sandwich. I explained I’m just asking for the chips to be refunded as they were not delivered. He again refused and said he can’t refund a portion of the order, and only has the ability to void the entire order and won’t do that because I received the sandwich. I never once asked for the whole order to be refunded, nor the delivery fee, nor the tip I gave when placing the order. I simply asked to be made whole by either delivering the item I ordered and paid for, or refunded the amount I paid for the item not received. Jesse never once even bothered to apologize for the mistake. The only offer he made to attempt to resolve is that he could make a note at the store that I have credit on a future order and I could call back to let them know and use the credit. I again asked him to just refund the amount paid for the missing item and he said no. I told him the only alternative I am left with is to dispute with my credit card and he said ok….. Read moreFood service failure... Came in and didn't get as much as eye contact for at least a minute. Both male employees who were behind the counter wiped their hands across their noses and didn't wash their hands. The woman came from the back to answer the phone and after the fact didn't wash her hands. One of the men was on his phone texting behind the line. The only employee who wasn't rude was washing the walls. One of the men from behind the line, asked him to come out and help, and he said ok just a second. The man at the counter YELLED "no now dude we are slammed!!!"
I avoided jimmy johns but was told that this place was pretty great, and I should give it a try.
After we left, my friends decided that they wouldn't be coming back either.
I have never experienced such a disgusting environment and such rude employees. Now you've lost 4 long time customers and 1 potential customer.

And I ordered the sandwich on my personal phone and that is the number I gave JJ. I saw a JJ driver drive past my house twice. (I thought he was on another delivery) After 20 minutes I called and was told the driver knocked on my door, called twice and waited for 10 minutes. I told the guy about how I can see the door and I have a dog that barks and no one has called. He went off on me! He was so unbelievably rude. He accused me of lying and was like ‘what do you want me to do about it?!’ It was crazy. He went from 0-100 in like 15 seconds and he lied. No one came to my house and no one called.
