Jo's Coffee – Red River — Restaurant in Austin

This has become our go to coffee shop because of their consistency,

that being said we only ever run into issues when one guy rings up our order at the drive thru, the price is always a bit more when he does it and we don't always get the correct drinks ( got a chai latte when I ordered a white chocolate mocha)

If I'm being overcharged I'd at least like to receive what I ordered

Love the coffee just hope this guy figures out how the rest of the coffee shop operates

I went back to tell them my drink was wrong and they didn't believe me, made me feel like a fool and then just gave me back the same drink with added white chocolate mocha sauce thinking I wouldn't notice.

Both baristas manning the window at 12:30 today have insulted me and not provided the service paid for.

Unfortunately I'd have to recommend Bennu on MLK they're not as consistent but at least they provide the service paid for and aren't rude about making a simple mistake (I was in coffee...

I usually really like this place. Unfortunately, today at around 8:20, I came by the drive thru, waited my turn, ordered my iced turbo, and then proceeded to sit in the drive through looking at my drink through the window (it was ready and sitting there) while both the cashier and the barista that were visible from the drive thru window made someone else’s drink. I sat and waited in the drive thru, looking at my drink that was already ready, ice melting, for a few minutes before they opened the window and gave me my order.

It sucked, and I don’t think it should have happened. Being busy and waits happen, but my drink was ready and I was made to wait for the person behind me’s beverage to be finished before I received my own. I really have never had to wait for the person who is line behind me’s coffee to be done before I got my own before (barring unusual circumstances, of course). Is this the typical drink-making procedure for this...

The staff was awesome. I had a seasonal drink, hot Pumpkin Latte and it was delicious. I went for a morning coffee. I did not purchase but they did have pastries and bagels for breakfast. They are currently doing a fundraiser for a dog shelter that they seemed really passionate about. This is a place that is welcoming to all backgrounds and does not discriminate. Plenty of seating inside and out. Saw a few folks with computers and if I ever need a place to work from I would also consider hanging out with my laptop as well. They have an inside service counter as well as a drive thru. Both had a steady line while I sat and enjoyed my coffee. There is plenty of parking available. They do a few specials during the week such as Turbo Tuesday, BOGO Turbo after 2 PM. They also have a kids event the last Sunday morning of...
