JuiceLand — Restaurant in Austin

Visited this place after visiting family in the area from the UK. The inside was filthy with a rotten smell of smithing I can’t even begin to describe.

My beverage appears to have been made with out of date ingredients which not long after gave a severely upset stomach. The gents toilet had what looked like rodent droppings and a deal cockroach which was beyond disgusting. The scene from the film train spotting where the guy walk in to the bookmakers and it shows the world worst toilet. This place should have been used. The staff were extremely ignorant and ignored me when I was waiting to be served whilst continuing to have a conversation about some party the night before. As this got my him up you can imagine I was more analytical whilst I was watching them make my beverage. One coughed in their hand and proceeded to wipe it on their side afterwards and continued to touch blenders etc…

Seriously I’d avoid this place it’s disgusting, dirty and that’s just the workers. Who coughs and proceeds to wipe whatever they coughed up on themselves and simply continues to work on. I have to say I’m not surprised after seeing how filthy the place is. There must have been a complaint before now surely. I can’t imagine the positive feedback I on here is...

Adorable and delicious local juice chain that I was delighted to discover!!

My boyfriend and I were visiting Austin for a couple days, and noticed this Juiceland in East Austin by the Airbnb we were staying at, and decided to stop and give it a try because it looked quirky, cute, and healthy!

It's inside a cute yellow building with picnic tables on the outside. Inside, it's small but nice and cool, a good escape from the summer heat outside. The seating outside is nicely shaded as well.

The workers inside all work very quickly and are super friendly! Big smiles and lovely to chat to. The menu is well organized and they have a list of some of the most popular items. We gave one of those a try, as well as a 'Berry Godfather' smoothie.

Both of the smoothies were so yummy!!! Very healthy and naturally made, and very fruity and fresh! I loved the smooth feel and orangy taste of the 'Morning Sunshine’ drink and the rich berries in the other one. By far some of my favorite smoothies that I've ever had!

Absolutely LOVE Juiceland but this location consistently gives me, “Why the $@&! are you here? I’d rather be doing something else,” vibes. The product is great and this location is the closest to me but after being constantly served (if that’s what you can even call it) by the rude staff I will take my business elsewhere. For example, no one ever smiles or greets anyone. Everyone looks annoyed that you even chose to walk in and, heaven forbid, order something. I’ve placed an order online and stood at the pickup window for 5 minutes watching one employee facing me while they had their head buried in their phone while the other employee had their back to the window. I finally knocked and was given the death glare by the one employee while the other one didn’t even look up from their phone. Time to reboot this location and hire some staff that actually give a $&@! about good customer service, as I see I’m not the only one with...
