Lazy Bones Kava has been an absolute game-changer for me! With Dry January in full swing, I was looking for a place where I could still enjoy a social, relaxing drink without alcohol—and Lazy Bones delivered in every way. Their kava and kratom drinks provide the perfect balance of relaxation and mood enhancement, making it easy to unwind without the hangover or extra calories.
Not only has Lazy Bones helped me stick to Dry January effortlessly, but it’s also been a great addition to my wellness journey. I’ve been focused on weight loss, and swapping out high-calorie alcoholic drinks for kava has made a noticeable difference. Their menu offers a variety of delicious, natural beverages that feel like an indulgence without the guilt.
Beyond the drinks, the atmosphere is unbeatable. The vibe is laid-back and welcoming, the staff is knowledgeable, and the community here is awesome. Whether you’re new to kava and kratom or a regular, they make you feel right at home.
If you’re looking for a spot to relax, socialize, and feel good while sticking to your health goals, Lazy Bones Kava is the place to be. Highly recommend...
Read moreI really liked the vibe of this place and the bartender was so friendly!
Just a warning for people new to kava/kratom. I had heard about kava and that it often takes a few times to feel the effects of it. The bartender told me they also had a tea with kratom in it. As a tea lover, I figured I’d get the kratom tea, and the bartender said it was stronger than kava, but I underestimated what that meant. I got a large, hot pomegranate tea (I’m 5’5” normal weight) and I got very sick. Before I was able to drink the whole thing, I felt very intoxicated. I still feel quite sick 7 hours later and ended up throwing up a bunch several hours after the experience.
I had a bad experience because of my lack of knowledge of what I was getting myself into, but I’m leaving a 5-star review because I really don’t think there was anything wrong with the product. I would just advise someone who is also new to these drinks to try a small amount at first and see how you feel. I do think maybe the bartenders should really warn people to not go for the large on their...

I appreciate that there is a place like this that is a healthier alternative to bars, though I hope in the futrure Lazy Bones provides better warnings around their Kratom, or maybe just sticks with the Kava. My fiancé had the 16oz hot kratom tea and became quite sick the rest of the day and said she felt too impaired to drive, even though they told us it shouldn't impair driving ability. She vomited twice throughout the rest of the day, once heavily. We told the bartender we weren't as familiar with Kratom, and the bartender didn't tell us of the possible side effects, or suggest she take just a little bit for...
