Not at all a good idea to engage with this organization. There are many âIV barsâ you can go to that offer far more at the same rate. And you wonât have to worry about being humiliated by a nurse for vomiting because she administered NAD+ too quick (oh, without the legally required paperwork on file) and⌠you wonât have to be concerned that they inject you with a supplement that you specifically asked NOT to have⌠they will pretend they didnât give it to you. Yikes, be careful! You are not safe at this organization.
You can receive the same (but better and actually trustworthy) âtreatmentâ for the same price elsewhere and they offer far more without the risk of being intravenously given supplements you specifically declined and/or being put in a situation where the lead nurse who pushed your meds too fast, causing you to vomit, tell you âI would have thrown up if I saw you throw upâ in front of everyone.
Lastly, the person taking your vitals is not educated or qualified to do so. Do not come here. This place will not support your wellness journey. Itâs all about money for them, but behind the guise of âmental, physical and spiritual wellnessâ. So bizarre.
Save yourself the misinformation and humiliation⌠look elsewhere. I guarantee you wonât regret it.
Lastly, donât read too much into the following positive reviews. We all know how easily they can be faked. Respond if you would Ilike, Iâm happy...
Read moreHad a great first experience with Hydrate IV Bar today. Was given the Katie Cocktail with a side shot of NAD+. I flew into Austin last Thursday and allergies were getting the best of me. I couldnât get over the hump and my SIL recommended an IV drip.
The facility is spotless but not sterile feeling- itâs actually very homey and spa like at the same time. The recliner was comfortable and the soft blanket and pillow was a nice touch.
The first time check-in is a bit involved but Shea took control of the iPad and punched in all of my personal history answers for me, which was helpful. At the end you have a quick consult with a MD to confirm they know your health profile and conflicts are avoided. For instance I canât have anything thatâs related to NSAIDâs so Taurine ( I think thatâs what it was) was out of scope for me.
Bring a book or watch your favorite binge series while the IV cocktail is administered. For me that was about an hour.
I would be remiss if I didnât acknowledge how professional Cheryl was with setting up my IV. Pretty painless and quick.
Bonus: They had my favorite tea on hand as well as honey from an independent bee keeper. There are other snack and drink options as well.
Overall, I would recommend this spot. It not only met my personal health needs it provided a spa like environment where I could just take a moment and relax.
Give it a try, you wonât be...
Read moreTheyâre lovely! I booked on ClassPass and as soon as I arrived they confirmed I was aware of the medical examination fee ($35, prescription is good for a year!), I was but I appreciated the great communication. When the nurse exam took a little longer than expected they were extremely apologetic & called the medical service support line immediately. Working in customer service myself, I understand that interruptions or issues are inevitable but itâs how a business makes up for them. They put on a clinic in fantastic service, offering me a follow up on the support conversation and an additional wellness shot free of charge. Throughout they were kind and welcoming, making sure I was extra cozy with coffee, a blanket etc. I had forgotten my charger and they texted me to remind me! A fantastic experience with humans who...
