I cannot believe the service i have received here, i went in yesterday 4/2/2020 at lunch time and i bought a mighty kids meal and 10 pc chicken nugget meal, needless to say my french fries and nuggets IN BOTH meals were soggy and full of oil, yes i understand they are fried but this was way too much oil, so i called and i spoke with Diana i told her what happened and she said "no problem come in and we can make you a new batch". I couldn't go right then since my lunch time was over but i was able to pick them up after work. She said that would be fine, well around 6:20 pm i went to this location and told the lady in the drive thru that i called and spoke with Diana she said with a heavy accent "no, there was one order that was messed up and that was in the morning" i was like i spoke with Diana and she said there is no Diana here, so i checked my phone and i said i am sorry i called the wrong location but i ordered from here. I asked if she can help me and if i was able to get my fresh meal, then she said no because her manger was not there, which i totally understand. So then she let me know that she will be in tomorrow, i asked for her name so when i call i can tell the manager who i spoke with, well i feel like there was a huge language barrier she didn't understand what i was saying all of a sudden. I said that's okay i can call in tomorrow, so i called in earlier today at 6:50 am, and asked for the manager, not sure if it was the same lady but she said hold on let me check, had me on hold for 30 min, so i hung up and called back now when i called i hear a message saying "this mailbox is not currently accepting messages". A few moments later, I stepped to the counter to make a request, but was told that it would be a moment before anyone spoke to me by a young man with curly hair. I counted to 30. At that point, I just spoke loudly in general to request that they did not put the hash Browns in my bag.. The young man who had previously told me it would be a moment before anyone stepped up to me to speak acknowledged what I had said. I said 'appreciate ya'. He turned to the lady who had been manning the register (bagging food at this moment) and told her. She said that it was a part of my order and that she was going to put it in my bag. He told her again that I said that I didn't want it and she said I don't care. He told her multiple times again. Her response was the same. After a few moments, when it was clear that she was bagging my order, I mentioned the dilemma to the customer next to me. I pointed out to her that the guy was telling the lady again about my request. She witnessed the response of her shrugging of the shoulder as if to say 'I don't care'; 'not my problem'; etc. Upon receiving my order, I took them out myself and placed them on the counter before exiting. 3rd bad experience in the past five weeks. I didn't bother saying anything until now. First time was a few weeks ago....late night. I was the only person in line at the drive thru but was served cold fries. We pulled up to the speaker and the lady taking our order had a "I really don't want to be here" attitude and seemed to be completely disinterested in the fact that she was speaking to a costumer. When we pulled up to the window to receive our food, we were handed our drinks and told to pull up to the 3rd window to wait for our order. We obliged and waited patiently. About 25 MINUTES passed and 8 OTHER CARS behind us got their orders while we were still waiting on ours. Finally a nice young lady came and asked us if anyone had helped us. We explained the situation and she apologized immediately and ran to get our food. Unfortunately, a burger still didn't make it to the inside of the bag. So, I had to go inside and ask for it. I walked in and stood in view of all the workers so that they would see me and understand that I needed help. Instead I made eye contact with every single person working and NOT ONE OF THEM even ATTEMPTED to ask me if I had been helped. Finally a man who had just taken an order to a table noticed I was waiting and got me what I needed. It may have been remodeled into a nicer building but it's still the same crapy service as always. It's not the building that's the problem, it's the staff. Quit using the 3rd window as an excuse to ignore costumers that you don't feel like helping. Figure out how to read a screen and put what's on the screen into the bag THE FIRST TIME and you wouldn't have any problems.
