We were in the area, ordering lunch from one of the other food trucks, when we stumbled upon this coffee truck. The bourbon caramel latte caught our eye, so we decided to give it a try. It looked like there was only one person working and taking orders, so you might have to wait a bit to place your order or receive your drink.
Large Iced Bourbon Caramel Latte ($6) + Oat Milk ($1): This drink comes with three shots of espresso, but it didn’t have an overpoweringly bold coffee flavor. All the flavors were well balanced. Now that I have your attention, I had a bag of Guatemala Huehue beans shipped to me up in Frisco and it is great tasting coffee. It's obviously good right out of the pot, but is still good cold when you finally find the coffee cup you sat down hours early and forgot where it was. I've even put some leftover in the fridge and had it the next day as an Iced Coffee. And yes, even the beans themselves taste good.
