I recently had the pleasure of discovering a hidden gem on wheels—an extraordinary Mediterranean food truck that left me craving more. This mobile culinary adventure brought the vibrant flavors of the Mediterranean directly to the streets, offering a delightful dining experience like no other.

The menu of this food truck was a testament to the diverse and rich tapestry of Mediterranean cuisine. From the moment I caught a glimpse of the colorful dishes being prepared inside the truck, I knew I was in for a treat.

I started my culinary journey with their falafel wrap, and it was a burst of savory goodness. The falafel was expertly cooked, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, accompanied by a medley of fresh vegetables and a drizzle of tangy tzatziki sauce. The flavors were well-balanced, creating a satisfying harmony with every bite.

Next, I ventured into their chicken shawarma, and it was a true delight. The marinated chicken was juicy and infused with aromatic spices, resulting in a mouthwatering experience. The accompanying pita bread was soft and warm, acting as the perfect vessel to wrap the tender chicken and vibrant toppings.

The service from the friendly staff was efficient and welcoming. Despite the limited space within the food truck, they managed to maintain a positive and inviting atmosphere, creating a unique dining experience on the go.

A hidden gem of Austin, and one of our favorite places! We happened to stop by a few years ago when we first moved to Austin, now it's our go-to for Mediterranean food. The gyro plate is a highlight and the best in the city (in our humble opinion).

Also highly recommend catering. We used Judy's catering for our son's graduation party and it was a hit. The catering order was perfect, on time, and a great value. We're already planning to use Judy's again.

Should have known something wasn’t right when the menu misspelled shawarma as shawerma. This is for sure not a shawarma at all. No Mediterranean spices were harmed making this for sure. Presentation was amazing but flavor was nowhere. The white sauce had no flavor whatsoever. If you want a good chicken wrap this is cool. Next time I will not let Phoenicia deli close on me again.
