We hired this company to complete an acrylic floating sign for our office. When I initially spoke to the rep, he had given me a timeline of 2-3 weeks completion. That may be true but, unfortunately, it took them a week to move your project into approval. I had a logo reveal I needed the logo for, hence, I needed the logo to be complete so I have a thing to reveal. I felt that there was zero communication so I did call back to check in a week before the event & was told it would take another couple of weeks, "we can't give a timeline but it won't be ready by Thursday". I was understandably frustrated at that point.

Additionally, he had said they'd send someone out to look at the wall to make sure everything would be good, as its on a curve. No one came by. Again, I had to call and tell them that if something doesn't go as planned during installation, it's on them so someone was sent out.

During install, they did hit a snag in not having all the materials needed but the gentlemen that came out was very apologetic & did take care of it the next morning.

I'd like to add that the owner did reach out to fix this situation as best as possible. I do appreciate that, & I am confident that future partnerships would work out...
