UPDATE 3/8/23 Looks like they gave me a partial refund for this which I appreciate. Added one start. Still gonna make sure the baby pho comes with cilantro/onion/basil next thing though...
If you order a baby pho - know that it DOES NOT come with onions/cilantro/basil etc. Their website says it does, but when I ordered mine, all I changed to my order was "no bean sprouts" and they gave me NOTHING but the noodles and meat.
I didn't notice until I drove back to work to eat. I called them to let them know they forgot to put in the basil/cilantro/onions but according to them, the baby pho doesn't come with those things and that if I wanted them, I need to ask for them to be included. It might have been the phone connection, because I couldn't catch everything they were saying, so maybe there was a miscommunication but it sounded to me like, even though when ordering online it says it comes with those things, that is not the case.
The gentlemen on the phone mentioned me putting "no bean sprouts" so he knew what order I was talking about - he offered to provide them if I wanted to go back - I don't have time to do that. I just wish I knew I had to ask for those things even though their online ordering states it comes with the baby pho. Now I know to ask for them the next time I go pick up my online order. Plain pho will have to do for lunch...
Read moreThis place is not what I would call really good Pho. For me and my wife it was average. The broth was not clear but dirty. What I mean is that it was not translucent, it was not clear. Normally you do not see clear Pho but I have been to places were they are. At the time we went there they had a special of nacho fries. My interest sparked because I never seen that before and a Pho restaurant. I ordered it because I want to see how it taste. That was not a good choice because it was not special. I did not like it. I was sad about it. I wonder if I could take it back and get my money back? I do not but I should have. There are two +'s and they are that is a little side station to add veggies to your Pho. Also there are sauces like hot oil and others. The second one is if you buy a soda, there is a soda station were you can get all you can drink which is cool in my book. I would not come back because there is a lot of Pho restaurants to try and this one is not a winner. We got spring rolls which the wife ordered and she did not like it because there was not enough vegetables in it but a...
Read moreWe had a good first experience here. We went for lunch.
The lady upfront that took our order was very friendly and patient with me...I was being indecisive on what to order. I wish I would have thought to get her name but she wears glasses and is very nice.
The food came to our table quickly. It tasted really good, fresh and the temp was hot.
We got the "baby size" bowl of Pho. We both got it with brisket and my husband added steamed veggies in his. I got a Taro Milk Tea, it was really good!
The total for everything was right around $30. I feel it's slightly pricier than similar meals/drinks that I've had at other places. Though, everything feels pricey right now and part of it is likely the area that it's in. Overall, it's not too much more...and since it was all a good experience, it didn't feel like a problem.
We left full...
