Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Austin

Ordered a pizza tonight on Valentine's Day. Estimated wait time was 30-45 minutes. About 45 minutes after the end of my estimated wait time (1 hr 30 minutes after my order) I called them to make sure everything was okay. I was not once rude or even impatient. They told me I had never placed an order. I had an e-mail confirmation and a charge on my card. They took my e-mail confirmation number and placed me "on hold". In reality they just placed the phone receiver down on the counter. I heard the employee read off my order number immediately. After 9 more minutes "on hold" someone hung up the phone. I called back immediately waited through the electronic hold system, someone answered and hung up on my immediately again. At this point I assumed they were slammed. I waited another 30 minutes (at this point more than 2 hours since I had ordered) I spoke to someone on the phone about getting my pizza but was instead just told I was getting a refund. Quite disappointing. My 3yr old pizza addict was pretty darn upset. Will never ever order...

The food at this location is mediocre at best, if that. It always smells like a nail salon in there. The service here is terrible, everyone is rude as can be including the manager. My last visit here was by far the worse of all the other sub par experiences. I waited for 10 minutes for anyone to even notice I was at the counter waiting to pick up my order. I attempted to get the attention of multiple people but failed to do so. The pizza had a giant grease blob in the center as well as it wasn't cooked to the directions. I ordered a half and half and got 3/4 and 1/4 at best. I brought this the girls attention who checked me out, and her response was that she didn't make it. When the manager came he said that's how it's made and I told him that the proportions were off. He physically touched my pizza to point out where there was bacon. Are you kidding me?! He touched my food! UGH!! I will NEVER return and I will NEVER recommend any pizza hut due to this display of disrespect and unsanitary conditions as well as poor...

I definitely wish I could give 0 stars! Very disappointed with everything about this delivery. I ordered a cheese pizza w/no sauce and cajun boneless wings. The guy handed me a receipt to sign but didnt give me a copy. The wings container was crushed. And the wings were tough. The chesse on the pizza was dried up, brown and hard. When I returned the food the manager said he would refund my money and my tip and remake the food. It didn't occur to me til I left, I didn't give a tip. The driver gave it to himself.
