Lane Wells Jewelry Repair — Local services in Austin

I was very nervous about finding a local jeweler because my ring was custom designed and made in another state. A friend recommended Lane Wells, so I went to drop off my ring this afternoon to have a setting tightened. The front desk employee took it back to a ring smith, and I was just admiring their jewelry at the front for like 3 or 4 minutes. Then she brought my ring back out and said that there were 3 stones that were loose, not just the one that I had thought, and they had tightened them all. I was shocked that it was done already and tapped on the stone that had been wiggly before and, sure enough, it was firmly in place! 😂 I asked her what I owed them, and she said nothing! So, I have my ring, (didn't have to leave it), all the stones are tight and in place, I can wear it for my photoshoot with my husband on Wednesday, and they didn't charge me anything! I am beyond thrilled. We will definitely be coming back for any jewelry needs we have in the future. 😊 Thank you...

I CANNOT begin to explain the level of service that Lane Wells provided to me. I had an issue with my wedding rings with an allergy and haven’t been able to wear them for 2 months. After doing a bunch of research I figured out I needed to resize them, but was very paranoid about leaving my engagement ring for a period of time, since it was my grandmother’s ring. Noah went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable with leaving it. Not only, did he help with easing my paranoia but he got the ring done fast for me.

Words can not explain how thankful I am to be able to wear my rings again! I will gladly recommend them to anyone in need of a jewelry repairs in the future. I will also be back to have my ring...

Worst place ever I got it fixed over here and they gave it back to me still bent then they said they’ll take it for $1000 a week later I take it back and then he want to say it’s chipped and he’s not interested anymore though I don’t want to chipped it in the first place and couldn’t even fix the jewelry the right way the worst place ever I do not recommend this place that’s why they’re so cheap in the first place I went to a different place a while back ago to get it fixed and they fixed it the right way when I got it fixed at this place they gave it back to me with the chipped and with it still bent I do not recommend this place they are rude and think they know it all with their Jewelry when they do not...
