Pizza Patrón — Restaurant in Austin

Pizza patrón on south ih-35, and Stassney is one of my favorite places to order pizza. I love the extra large Hawaiian 🍕 pizza !! So yummy so tasty... perfect time to join pizza when I don't want to cook anything at home. Just call.. order and pick up the pizza..

Sometimes, the service is exceptional 👌 👏 But... mostly all the employees seem like they don't like what they do. especially at the time to take the order by phone. Mostly.. but not all the time.. they are very rude, don't repeat the order, or just hang out the call before I am done with my order.. so I have to call again to finish my order. And don't even apologize for hanging me out.

Honestly... just because I love how they cook the Hawaiian 🍕 pizza. i keep buying them at that location... if not, I will not stop by to buy my pizza.

The place looks always clean and organized...

Location: East Stassney and ih35 north. Price: affordable. Parking: plenty all the time. Customer service: medium to poor. Food: high quality on pizzas...

They must be paying for their reviews or have employees and family post reviews cause I don't know where the idea that this location is fast comes from. I've been getting pizza from here since it opened, only because it's just a few blocks away. But other than that first year, they're the slowest pizza place out there. If they say it will be done in 20 to 25 min, expect to add another 25 for sure. On average you have to wait at least 45 to 50 minutes for your order. I know they could be faster, but the staff looks sad and lazy and it takes forever to get someone to come to the register to take your order. It looks like it's always busy but it's not, it's just all the people waiting for their overdue orders. Oh and their pizza has gotten very greasy in...

I am a DoorDasher, Gatti’s has the same oven, and same if not slightly less staff and they literally output 6 times the amount of pizza per hour. This location is regularly more than 12 minutes late for picking up orders (12+ minutes past the “pick up by” time in the app). They also lie and say an order will be ready in 5 minutes when it’s always twice to three times the length of time. The pizza is great I must admit, but you need to fire ALL of your staff and start over (Which is what Gatti’s did, they used to be the same way until they got new employees), these employees are ungrateful to have jobs, and apparently don’t want to work...
