I just started going to this salon recently, and while they consistently do a good job with my hair, I’ve noticed their pricing is extremely inconsistent. The cost of a simple root touch-up seems to fluctuate wildly between $70 and $130, depending on who you get and what they feel like charging that day. For a salon in this area, the prices are on the high end and honestly, it's frustrating to never know what to expect.

Ellas siempre fueron amables y por la misma razón regresamos, aún cuando desde la primera vez el corte de cabello lo hicieron mal y se tomaron horas porque la persona era nueva y estaba aprendiendo. De 4 veces que fuimos, solo una vez me pareció que el corte fue hecho bien en tiempo y forma, aún así mi hijo insistía en ir ahí. Esta semana fuimos porque tendría la toma de foto para su anuario, el mismo día serían las pruebas para el equipo de soccer de su escuela, y el sábado un partido importante en su academia, y todos esos planes se arruinaron, no solo porque la persona que le cortó el cabello, de nueva cuenta era inexperta y le tomó mas de una hora hacerlo, sino que al parecer “tenía una alergia” y estaba estornudando y con mucho flujo nasal, como resultado mi hijo después empezó con fiebre que le impidió ir a la escuela, estuvo hasta ayer sábado en la cama con fiebre que no cedía, sabemos que fue ahí porque el único que no se enfermó al mismo tiempo fue mi esposo, mis hijos y yo que permanecimos en ese local casi dos horas enfermamos horrible! De verdad que el corte mal hecho, el tiempo y dinero perdido era lo de menos, nunca me quejé, traté de ser comprensiva y entender, pero que no tengan el mínimo cuidado por la salud de sus empleados y por la de sus clientes, me parece fatal! especialmente después de la pandemia deberían ser súper cuidadosos con ese tema, no saben los días horribles que pase todo por un descuido que se pudo evitar enviando a su empleada a descansar si se sentía mal o mínimo proveerle...
