Not worth the price and aggressive cats.
There is no pricing on the menu! And they are not transparent about it either. They will also offer you add ons that cost more and not tell you this until the bill comes. Expect to pay $20-$30 per person for dinner.
The food is delicious but inconsistent. Sometimes it’s amazing but other times rice will be hard and chicken slightly dry. Portions are usually nice.
The ambiance is lacking and does not reflect the steep pricing whatsoever. It doesn’t smell great and there’s a porta potty next to the picnic tables. There are also feral cats that seem cute, but they are very bold and will persistently try to steal your food! However the string lights add some charm.
They service usually friendly but culturally not in a hurry. I’m not complaining, but just be aware. They also don’t speak English so be prepared.
Also be ready to park down the street and walk. It’s not the nicest area but parking is very limited. There are signs at the gas station that say they will boot and tow, so check signage carefully.
Overall, the pricing just does not match the experience so I can’t recommend it. If the price and experience don’t matter to you, chances are you’ll find some...
Read moreI went to eat here and the food was excellent — truly authentic Venezuelan flavor. 100% recommended. You can tell they put care into every dish, and the service was great.
That said, the prices are definitely higher than at other similar places. Venezuelan food tends to be more expensive outside the country, and this spot is no exception.

One important heads-up: be careful where you park — they put boots on your tires if you park outside the designated area. The parking zone is not clearly marked, which can be confusing.
Also, the general atmosphere around the area wasn’t ideal. It’s not the restaurant’s fault, but personally I didn’t feel comfortable with the crowd in the surrounding area.
Other than that, an excellent experience in terms of food and service.

Read moreI had a doctor appointment nearby that was taking forever and decided to look at nearby places where I could grab something to go before I headed to a meeting afterwards.
I ordered an arepa pabellon and tostones via menufy and got a phone call and text in Spanish to update me on my order. Unfortunately my Spanish is lacking, so I just went there to ask. Parking was a bit difficult. I ended up parking at the gas station. After a bit of issues due to a language barrier, I discovered that they were out of beef, so they substituted chicken in the arepa and it also took an extra 15 minutes.
I ate the tostones in the car. They were very crispy, but lacked salt. I think I’m more used to Puerto Rican tostones, which are served with sea salt and a garlic mojo type sauce.
Unfortunately, I didn’t get to the arepa until later when it was not as fresh, but oh my goodness what an arepa it was. It was HUGE and freaking amazing! Every ingredient was perfectly seasoned and absolutely delicious. I can’t even imagine how good it would have tasted if I had eaten it immediately. I will definitely return to try it (and others) again and...
