Beyond obsessed with this place, I came here with my friend. Went here thinking they would of had snow cones, but my Asian self should have known better. It's more of the Asian snow cone fruit combination. I didn't get the Snow Ice the first time because it was a little strange to me and too many choices so I just stayed safe and got a bubble tea. I left that time not too impressed since I have another place I love going to for bubble tea.
I returned again and this is where the obsession began, I got a Strawberry Snow Ice with a variety of toppings, and I haven't had a bad experience since. I have literally gone every day for a week straight. I work and live near by so I go about at least once a week now. I have tried a variety of different Snow Ice Flavors and my top three choices are Mango, Strawberry, and Taro. I always get the same three toppings now, Original Mochi, Tapioca, and Taro Pudding. The taro pudding is amazing and it never disappoints. I've become too obsessed now that I always get my own and I won't share with anyone else. My boyfriend gets his own small because he says I eat all the syrup. Each flavor has a different syrup drizzled on top. It's pretty amazing and delicious. I wouldn't really recommend the togo option on the snow ice, it doesn't really hold up well for transport, since it's shaved so thin, it melts relatively quickly. It also doesn't freeze well, when you freeze it the entire consistency is messed up and depending on the toppings, those get ruined. For myself my toppings become unedible so I have just learned to power through the small and eat it all. The large and small actually don't seem very different. The large just comes on a better plate. The small has a terrible set up, it gives you a lot of Snow Ice but the bowl is unstable due to the shape. But the large I don't feel is a better deal. I always just get a small and I'm careful when placing it down on the table as to not tilt it where my lovely desserts goes everywhere.
The service is fast from when you order to when your order is ready. The girls that work here are super nice and friendly.
The open and noon most days, in January they had a strange schedule, but online usually represents the appropriate schedule. They are open late most nights as well and even late-er on the weekends. They were even open on New Years Eve! There have been times where I'm going to lunch at work and I just hang out outside until they open at noon ( I wasn't joking about being obsessed).
The parking situation at noon/lunch time here is pretty terrible. The spots are very narrow for Texas sized trucks, and let's face it a lot of the drivers in this parking lot do not know how to stay inside the lines. It's a semi disaster during lunch to park here. It is definitely not my recommended time to go here, but if you are already eating lunch in the same shopping complex you clearly should stop in and grab some Snow Ice. At night however, the parking lot is dead for the most part and has plenty of parking spots.
I obviously would recommend this place to everyone and anyone. I take every out of town guest here to make sure we all get dessert, I have dragged plenty of skeptical co workers here, and this place hasn't disappointed anyone I have taken here. I have created many other obsessed people from my...

Shaved Ice: They have both the shaved ice and snow ice. The snow ice is literally like snow so its super super soft and just melts in your mouth, all without the ice crunch. Most Asian ice places don't do it this way, they only offer the shaved ice, which at times can have piece of small ice to crunch on. I don't know if I would ever try the shaved ice here, so I would be interested to read anyone's review who did try it. I tried the milk tea snow ice (6.75) and since I am greedy, I added two more extra toppings which run at 1.00 each and 1.50 for the fresh fruit toppings. I opted for lychee jelly, egg pudding, and fresh mango. Forgot to mention, they also add a side of panna cotta on the side of the snow ice for free (in case you were wondering what the creamy white stuff is on your plate). It is absolutely one of the best snow ice I have had and beats all the other places in Austin out of the water. Even though I felt its pricey and I can probably eat a whole one myself, sharing it with another person I guess would make it justifiable. Ah, who am i kidding, I'll pay that to eat it as a treat all to myself! Don't judge!
Boba: Imagine my surprise when I see a hot option for my boba milk tea!! When i go to Houston, NYC, or SoCal, I always go get my hot milk tea fix. Especially a recent Tokyo visit where you can get hot milk tea even in vending machines, I was craving it so bad but Austin has never had a hot milk tea place. So that was immediately the first thing I wanted to try. The drinks range 2.75 to 3.75 with my milk tea only at 2.75. Adding tapioca pearls or boba is only 0.50 extra. This makes what I believe the cheapest boba milk tea in Austin, and to my surprise its also a pretty big cup, yay, bonus points! The hot milk tea was warm but not scalding, so I was able to sip it and put a straw in it still to drink the tapioca pearls out. The milk tea was super creamy and the boba was cooked perfectly, chewy and bouncy. After drinking half though I felt it was much too sweet. So I did come back another day and decided to try a cold milk tea. This time I asked if they could make it less sweet. The guy suggested 25% sweet to try to see how that adjusts to my taste buds. I think the 25% sweet level is much more for me. I like the milk tea for the creamy milk and the satisfying tea flavor, not all the sugary stuff. Their drink menu looked really interesting so I will definitely be back to try the other drinks as well.
Overall, I am so happy this place is open. They also now have punchcards, I have nothing else to...

Matcha Green Tea snow ice is my new favorite. It looks different from the other flavors and has a nice refreshing taste to it. I am not a red bean fan, but I liked their side of red bean. It's also fun to watch them shave off the ice from the huge flavored ice blocks.

"Snow Monster...what is that?" Most of you will probably think this, but once you go to Snow Monster you will know...
If you are facing the restaurant Pho Dan, Snow Monster is located to the right of it.
If you're wondering what to order, I would recommend any of the Snow Ice flavors. Why snow ice you ask? Bc the texture of it is awesome. No need to worry about breaking your teeth crunching on hard ice. But if crunching on hard ice is your thing then go with the Shaved Ice. Both types of ice are great and are presented beautifully. I got the Mango Snow Ice and loved it, especially the pudding part. I'll probably give the Milk Tea and Taro snow ices a try next time. For $6.75, I shared the snow ice with 3 other people which was good enough for us.
But being the curious eater I am, I had to try one of their bubble teas. For $2.75 plus $0.50 tapioca, I got a large sized cup Milk Tea (the cups are all large which is awesome). The Milk Tea was more on the milky creamy side, and I prefer a more flowery tea taste...but meh who cares about my opinion. The tapioca balls were also cooked perfectly.
Since they recently just opened, there's not much interior decoration yet. There's plenty of seating space and the staff seem very dedicated and passionate about...
