Starbucks — Restaurant in Austin

Not sure as the location wasn't specified. Regardless, A goal of Starbucks is that ALL location share the same environment, experience, taste, you name it. This can help or hurt depending on customer, or restaurant. I live in Seattle for nearly 20 years, so I know and appreciate good coffee. In Seattle Starbucks is NOT considered good coffee (because of details mentioned above...burnt flavor, predictable, stale impersonal experience). So, here's the point of this review...cost and quality of the product. For a bare bones, small cup of plain drip coffee (10 oz) is $2.00+...a decent size cup (16 oz) is getting close to $5...FOR COFFEE?!

I get that a BIG part of Starbucks marketing is convenience...but come on folks, besides locations worldwide, it's NOT convenient to be charged over $5 for a predictable burnt tasting...

Bad service from Diana she was rude and had an attitude. Seemed like she was having a bad day, but it’s no excuse to treat customers badly. Asked barista for extra creamer, Diana was the cashier and she came over to interrupt saying she couldn’t give me more without charging me more for it. I had already paid extra to get more added, she straight up refused to serve me. Left dissatisfied...

Poor management !! If you love this starbucks and you’re a regular, let management know you would like to see more workers! Understaffing and scheduling too few baristas leading to poor quality atmosphere. The baristas there are doing their bests but one person working for hours on end ALONE isn’t right.
