I thought they were invincible but Chick-fil-A is going down hill…
Not this location, all of them.
The fries are awful now. The changed them in 2025, adding pea starch or something and I did not think it would matter, intact I welcomed a slight change, but wow they ruined them. The fries always taste stale now like bad texture and no flavor, as if they sat out too long.
The chicken is only slightly worse but they keep introducing limited items and seasonal specials which is great and all, but when I open up my standard sandwich or deluxe it’s a bit more sloppy and meh than I recall. Kinda deflated. Wish they’d make sure they keep their basics solid before chasing trends.
And oh jeez the drinks flat out stink! Overpriced mediocre concoctions sure to rope in the crowd that got desensitized into paying for colorful sugar water via stackbucks and alike. Sad to see Chick-fil-A join the mix. Frosted lemonade, dragon fruit lemonade, even the shakes are just pure nothing. I love a good shake, ice cream, lemonade, or even soda but wow Chick-fil-A is not the place to go or even consider
Also this giant establishment still uses styrofoam and tons of single use, non recyclable containers in 2025. How? Seriously, do better.
The one thing that still has not changed and perhaps only gotten better is the top notch service. Seriously giving restaurants 5 times the price a run for their money when it comes to just being friendly.
The atmosphere is good but ultimately still a fast food establishment.
Again it’s not this location specifically but after visiting here I decided I had to say something. I ate Chick-fil-A twice a week for years pre 2020s and never got tired of it, but lately it’s been bad and I don’t want it again...

I always have and always will love Chic-fil-A. They are actually consistent across the board, you walk in to any, and I mean ANY Chic-fil-A, you get the same quality of food & service. You know how some Mc D's are better than others, its the same with most chain restaurants. Same name, different location = different quality of product & service. At Chic-fil-A every single staff member has on same clean uniforms, name tags (always), easy to identify the manager, they all greet you with the same greeting Welcome to... and how can I help you. When you say thank you, no matter what city, state, nice neighborhood, mall, Walmart parking lot, & even Minute Maid Park (Tent serves 2 options from a cooler, still always crispy and hot)... They say "My Pleasure", not "no problem" or "You're welcome" the staff always looks clean, clean hands, uniforms & well groomed, the store looks clean, walls, ceiling tiles, the corners of the window sills (CLEAN)... I've never seen one short staffed, as a matter of fact I more often see 2 people working together on one order or task. That definitely says something about the company and how they treat the team. They definitely keep them in-line, everyone is trained the same way, now all of these things CAN'T be said about mist other fast food chains. Usually a high turnover and varying quality of food & service due to low wages/lack of training, lack of properly trained...
Read moreThe chicken tastes so good I am willing to put aside my disdain for their lack of respect for separation of church and state. it is important to be aware of Chick-fil-A's history and values before deciding whether or not to patronize the restaurant. Chick-fil-A is a privately owned company founded by Truett Cathy, a devout Southern Baptist Christian. Cathy's religious beliefs have always been reflected in the company's policies and practices. For example, Chick-fil-A restaurants are closed on Sundays, and the company donates millions of dollars each year to Christian organizations. Some people believe that Chick-fil-A's religious beliefs are incompatible with the separation of church and state. They argue that a company that is so closely aligned with a particular religion should not be allowed to operate in the public marketplace. Others argue that Chick-fil-A has a right to express its religious beliefs, and that consumers should be free to choose whether or not to patronize the restaurant based on those beliefs. Ultimately, the decision of whether or not to eat at Chick-fil-A is a personal one. There are valid arguments on both sides of the issue. If you are concerned about Chick-fil-A's religious beliefs, you may want to consider eating at a different restaurant. However, if you are willing to put aside your concerns in order to enjoy the chicken, Chick-fil-A is a...
