My mother and I visited Mattress Firm in Sunset Valley to purchase a mattress for my new apartment. From the moment we walked in, we were warmly greeted by the staff, and Casey, in particular, stood out with his exceptional service. He patiently allowed me to try out various mattress samples until I found one that suited my needs perfectly.

Although there wasn't an available mattress in-store that we could take home the same day, Casey offered us a free delivery service. Understanding my eagerness to take a mattress home immediately, he went above and beyond by calling around to nearby stores to find one in stock. Thanks to his efforts, we were able to pick up the mattress from the Kyle location later that day.

However, my first night in my new home took an unexpected turn when my apartment flooded after I took a shower. In desperate need of assistance, I reached out to Casey once again. Despite the sale of the mattress having expired and the unfortunate circumstance that I hadn't even had the chance to sleep on the original mattress, Casey showed incredible compassion and understanding. He honored the discount on a new mattress, knowing the situation was out of my control.

I came to mattress firm to find a new king mattress. I bought a mattress and everything went DOWNHILL….. FAST! The store completely messed up my order and did not take the necessary steps to deliver the mattress on time. To make it right, the store told me that I’d get $600 in store credit and my mattress the next day. I got neither, the manager Bethany (please avoid working with her) said she would not honor the $600 store credit that another manager promised me and came up with a laundry list of reasons why the mattress was coming in late… without taking ownership and issuing an apology first.

There Bee Cave store has a much better staff. I repeat, avoid Bethany. She laughed when I asked to speak to her manager and said, “you can’t speak to our big wigs” - as if they live way above the customer and don’t have time for us.
