Worst experience ever at a Starbucks. There was a long line of people waiting while 2 girls worked on drinks. They took 10 mins before they acknowledged the line and told us that the line to order was on the other side. The girl that took my order was too busy complaining about the location and wanting a transfer before she finally took my order. I ordered a frapp and a frozen dragon fruit lemonade and a cake pop, not a complicated order right? Well she didn't give me a receipt or take my name and when they served up a strawberry acai frozen lemonade I told the lady "this doesn't have a name but if it's meant for me it's the wrong order, I ordered the mango dragon fruit frozen lemonade" she got on the girl that took my order and told her to remember to always get the customers name and the girl that took my order went and "whispered" "she ordered the strawberry one" to which the other girl responded "I know, they always say that" she put the strawberry lemonade to the side and gave me my daughter's frappe to which the drink wasn't prepared correctly either, has wayyy too much chocolate and the drink was just cold not necessarily a frappe to where she hadn't put enough ice but at this point no big deal we just wanted my drink and get on our way. The girl that took my order asked if she could go on her break because she had already been there 2 hours and left, after that we waited a Total of 30 MINUTES!!! When i finally went to the girl and told her to forget about my drink that I just wanted a refund at this point she had the audacity to say "oh I thought the girl that took your order had already made you your drink. I was livid because the whole time she was the one that was preparing my drinks and the other girl told her she was going on break AND I WAS SITTING RIGHT IN FRONT OF HER THE WHOLE TIME! She was non apologetic and I felt like I was very calm even after her bad customer. I worked in customer service before so I don't believe in being rude to anyone like that but after her treating me this way and most importantly wasting 30 minutes of my time I feel like I have a right to be angry about this. People at this point stop coming to this Starbucks it's very obvious that no one cares about the complaints that are continuously being put on this location and I will have the same answer to this complaint as everyone else with no resolution. Read moreTyping this review as I have currently been waiting in line for 15 minutes then for my drink for another 10. There is NO way making a drink should take this long. I understand that it’s a Saturday and it can get pretty busy. But what I find so disrespectful is that 4 other guests that came prior to me were helped out, and given their drinks first. By the time that my drink came out, turns out they typed it in wrong and gave me the wrong order. Again I understand mistakes happen but I truly do not appreciate it after others were given their orders first and the amount of wait I have to wait for one drink. Others in line questioned the baristas how long it would take and decided to leave the line. There is a female and a Male working to a extreme slow paste. Again, I understand there is bad days. I feel I am always very understanding but this is beyond bad. Never coming to this Starbucks location. Read moreNo problems whenever I come here usually all is well. However, I recently came on a Thursday morning. I was first in line and a handful of people were after me, so it was a small rush. There was an order before mine that one lady was working on and the other lady was doing something. After the other order was fulfilled I stood waiting with no acknowledgement while the two women did busy work. I waited for a good 6 minutes and eventually gave up and walked away, I would rather not speak up I am very nonconfrontational. I am making a review with hopes of some kind of acknowledgement that I will be helped in line next time. It takes a second to say "I'll be right with you." That's all it would've taken to keep me in line waiting. But that was never said and it sat with me till now. Please just work on the customer service.
