Not long ago, I found myself newly settled in this corner of the world, and to my utter delight, discovered that I now dwell within walking distance of a sacred place: my beloved dessert sanctuary. Imagine my joy, no, my reverence, upon realizing that Nothing Bundt Cakes, the crown jewel of confections, lay just steps from my door.
I’ll admit it: in the thrall of sweet temptation, I may have surrendered a bit too freely. If I’ve gained ten pounds, then so be it, each ounce is a testament to bliss. My partner and I have embarked on a noble quest to sample nearly every flavor, indulging in each velvety slice as though it were a divine rite.
The staff, like cheerful sprites in a sugar-spun dream, are endlessly kind and warm, their presence as sweet as the treats they offer. And today, ah, today, on the anniversary of my entrance into this world, I was graced with a free bundlet, bestowed upon me like a benediction.
I do not merely like Nothing Bundt Cakes, I follow them with the devotion of a true believer. This is no simple fandom; this is ritual, this is faith, this is joy iced in cream cheese frosting.

Read moreAccording to the receipt I got, it was Samantha who took my phone order on 10/5/19. It was only after we hanged up that I realized that we forgot to discuss the message. Since the receipt was emailed to me, I responded back with the message I wanted. Thinking that no one was gonna see my email in time, I called back the location. I forgot the name of who I spoke to a second time but she was in a rush to get me off the phone because there’s a line building at the store. But I was thankful that she took down my message nonetheless and I apologized for consuming her time. I wanted to reconfirm all the other details of the order to make sure everything is correct but she declined citing again that there’s a line in the store. She promised me she’ll call me back instead once the rush dies down. Well fast forward, and the birthday recipient got the item with NO...
Read moreOverall, I love nothing bundt cakes. However, I live in another state and had sent in an order for delivery for a friend's special birthday and put in the special request to include it was from me as there was no option to include a card in the online ordering process. Unfortunately, that request was ignored and the item was delivered with no note regarding who they were sent from, nor did I receive any sort of confirmation that the item had been delivered. So I waited as long as I could to contact my friend to see if they had received anything and they had but they didn't know who the item was from so they've been trying to figure out all day because there was no note or any information on the delivery. It would be appreciated for future deliveries when it is clear that the person ordering is not the person receiving that that somehow noted, especially when there is a special request box that is completed and then ignored...
