Subway — Restaurant in Austin

I don't like leaving complaints. I didn't want to do it. I can't reach anyone at the number. I ordered 4 subs. This has happened for the third time. The other two times I couldn't reach anyone so I let it ride. I put toasted on all of sandwiches and I even put a note to melt the cheese and still for third time it is not toasted and the cheese is not melted. I didn't want to complain because I don't like to but also the two workers that are working just seem like they are tired old or need extra help. I didn't want to be rude. I call no one answers their mailbox is full. This is when we order pick up not when we are in the location. Last time I order pick up.

Update: so after the 5th call she finally answered and I told her this is the 3rd time this has happened that I don't like to complain and before I could get anything else out she says yea yea ok ok you need to speak to the manager and she is not back until 10 tomorrow and hung up in my face. No apologies no sympathy no empathy no ownership no customer service and completely unprofessional. I called back to ask for her name and she said I am not giving you my name laughed and hung up. Disgusting behavior. I will update after I speak to the manager. I don't even want my money back I just wanted to let them know this is the 3rd time and needs tobe addressed. Rudest and dumbest service possible. I had a coupon in my hand, started to order a roast beef garlic sandwich since I hadn't had it before. The lady said that sub doesn't work with the coupon. That's fine. I look at the menu, they help someone else, then the man comes over to take my order now that I'm ready. The gal behind the counter tells him in Spanish I'm trying to use a coupon. I order a regular roast beef, he makes it, they then tell me the coupon doesn't work for that sub. I thought that it would be find as the only difference between the beef garli and the build your own is that the specialty sub comes with extra cheese. I then tell them never mind I'll just order a different one. THey said NO I have to pay for the first sub. THey were so rude. They knew I was trying to use a coupon and they made the sandwich anyway. I would have just ordered something else. Then they wouldn't even tell me their name or their manager's name. They were ridiculously rude about it. I went to another Subway nearby and the coupon worked just fine and the guy at the second location told me he heard about the little old man working at the one on Mesa Drive and how...

I pulled in for a quick lunch to take with me. As I was pulling in I saw the advertisement for a new steak and guacamole wrap. I had it with tomatoes and raw onions. It was delicious I inhaled it. Show the choice of wraps are tomato or spinach that's a nice touch. The white staff was friendly attentive and super fast creating my staking Waka moly rap. I love the failed technology that is voice recognition. I also picked up a new drink a strawberry kiwi energy drink caffeine from green tea says it has no artificial ingredients oh I didn't check it is 24 carbs darn it. I should have looked at the fine print before I took it out of the store I saw 100 calories. I'll just take it in water it down. But I will get the steak and...
