Subway — Restaurant in Austin

When it was my turn to order there was a new employee and he waited for someone else to take my order because he had no idea what to do or even know what kind of bread I was asking for then they worked on my sandwich and then stopped and skipped me for the guy behind me and they got all the way to the end and the guy wanted it toasted and the new employee didn’t know what to do so he went to the back and left the sandwich there the customer waited to have his sandwich toasted or remade but they took too long so he left and All the while I was waiting at the register to be checked out for like 5 min my food was getting cold and there was a whole line to the door of other customers when there were 4 employee working in the front the whole team needs better communication skills and customer skills . Won’t be coming back to this location. I will say the nice girl at the register didn’t charge me for a Cookie or maybe she forgot either way get it together guys also she told me she would be right with me a few times while I waited that was appreciated! Cold food skimpy topping and barely and dressing never seen a subway be so stingy before 🤷🏻‍♀️ Ok thanks for hearing...

I visited this location tonight. First of all I ordered curbside, after pressing the "I'm here" button on the app I waited in my car for over 20 minutes before just going inside. Where I learned they hadn't even started on my order I told them my name and they literally did not say a single word to me and just looked at me and looked away. Not a single, "oh we will have it right out I'm so sorry." It was nothing said. Then I get home and they put like 10 peices of cheese on my sandwich and just threw everything on it and did not take the time to pay attention to my order. I know for a fact because I saw the lady who was making the sandwich put lettuce on both of the sandwiches then realize it was supposed to be spinach and she took the lettuce off and threw it back into the container of lettuce. Not in the trash but into the container that would be used again. That is a MAJOR health hazard and just plain disgusting. I saw her do this with multiple items. She would realize it was wrong, take it off the sandwich and throw it back into the container. Do yall not teach your employees about cross...

This Subway location is truly a standout. The store is always clean and inviting, with restrooms that are well cared for and a dining area that feels comfortable and welcoming. You can tell the team takes real pride in keeping everything in top shape.
