Accuracy: 0/5 We order a power “bowl” as shown in the picture, which did not come in a bowl, it came in a flimsy soaked box. We also ordered 2 chalupa boxes, that was thrown in a big bag. Which isn’t a problem, until we got home to find out they counted those chalupas as 2 of the 6 bean burritos we ordered, and they failed to give us 3 cinnamon twists. Customer Service: 0/5 We walked in to pickup a to-go order, but was greeted with a rude attitude saying, “if you made a mobile order and paid for it, we can’t make it. You’ll have to use the kiosk.” Multiple people who walked in after us were confused why no one was manning the ordering taking process (the 5 employees were just chilling in the back, only 2 of them making the food), so we had to direct them to the kiosk as well. Speed: 0/5 We were expecting to walk in with a mobile order and walk out, but instead, we had to wait 40 minutes for them to make everything. Which I under we had a big order, but 40 minutes for “fast food” is a little long. Cleanliness: 5/5 The place was well kept up! Everything looked clean and swept up. We’ve been here before, and had good service with the morning crew, so I imagine this is from the morning crew. Keep up the great work, morning shift! (We visited at 5:25p today)

When I arrived,  the sun had set so it was dark. As the dining room is closed, I was in the drive thru. I couldn't see the menu. When I was asked to order, I asked if the menu would light up. Ta da! Let there be light! This was a major oversight. Service was fine. It was nice that the employees didn't show frustration or the "I hate my job" attitude that can be found at a fast food restaurant. I ordered soft tacos, something I'd never tried, and was truly disappointed.  The tortilla clearly came straight out of a bag and was filled.  Thanks, but no. As I was randomly in the area, I can't say if something else would have tasted better here.

I have never been in a better Taco Bell before. Extremely clean, hot food, and plush seats. I went on a Saturday and it was basically empty except for two other customers that came in. Extremely peaceful to eat here. Ordered on the digital menu and was able to take my time deciding what I wanted. The fries were divine, very flavorful and crispy on the outside while being soft and hot on the inside. My only complaint is that the bathroom was stinky, and the paper dispenser gives a laughably small amount of paper on each activation.

I would rate zero stars if I had the opportunity. I arrived at the drive-through at 2:45AM, well before the closing time listed online and on the building’s windows. No one helped me at the drive-through, so I tried to call the restaurant, but no one answered. I pulled up to the drive-through window, and honked a couple of times, as I saw the lights inside were still on. A young man came to the window and informed me that they were closed. I let him know that their website and building signs showed a closing time of 3:00AM, and that I only wished to order 3 crunchy tacos (which is a very simple order). He continued to give me numerous excuses as to why he wouldn’t take my order, such as “we have already started putting away the food” and “we are allowed to stop serving food at 2:50 per upper management.” After several attempts at trying to order food, I was finally forced to give up, as it was clear that he did not care that a paying customer was there to order food during operating hours.

I would like to iterate and advise to any “upper management” of this facility, that it is terrible business to refuse a paying customer during OPERATING hours. If this restaurant stops serving food at 2:50AM, then it should be listed as such on the building and website. I really am not one to write negative reviews, but this was completely unacceptable. Disappointed would be an understatement. I encourage this restaurant to either change the listed business hours, or train your team to better serve...

Normally have great service here and the staff is always so friendly. If you’re going to eat at this location just go get the food yourself. DONT order through grub hub! Whoever is “managing” right now is awful. Grub Hub driver brought me a watered down Baja blast, and no orange juice and he bolted no receipt or anything. I called this location asked to speak to a manager, a very rude unpleasant lady gets on i informed her she gave the grub hub driver a watered down Baja blast and she rudely said “no that’s not our fault or problem that’s the drivers” I said ma’am it’s in a Taco Bell cup not a grub hub cup. Truly just called because I was going to go up there and get my drinks but when I asked the “manager” her name she hung up on me. Called three times and was hung up on. I only called to see if I could go get my drinks, wasn’t going to have grub hub redeliver to me instead I got a nasty “manager” to tell me I was wrong and hung up on me. Wasted my time to call Taco Bell customer care and make a complaint. You’re better off going inside or through the drive through at least the younger kids that way are respectful and nice. Thank you “manager” of the morning for my watered down Baja blast, maybe you need to step down and work drive through or something smaller to help you be nicer and...
