The food was pretty good, I ordered pho with beef and tendon. The broth was delicious, the toppings could be more fresh, but it was fine. I really enjoyed the oolong tea, it was delicious. Service was fast and the servers were attentive and helpful. So why 3 stars? I would’ve given it 5 stars except they kept their toppings in ziplock bags and their utensils and paper napkins in a sandwich bag kind of thing. Maybe for sanitary purposes? To me it’s just unnecessary plastic. It’s hard enough as it is to use less plastic but when restaurants add even more plastic even though you’re dining in - it’s just so unnecessary to me.

Our oceans are literally polluted with plastic that it’s washing up on shores all over the world. Marine life are often found with micro plastics in their stomachs. It’s a big issue and every body needs to help solve this issue, especially businesses!

The toppings can be placed in a bowl or a reusable container, and the spoon and napkin don’t need to be in plastic, just put it on a plate.

Using less plastic makes a business look more professional as well, it makes a business look better. Businesses that care and show they care are always going to be the better business. I would much rather buy food from a place where they cared about things like plastic pollution than a...

𝙁𝙊𝙊𝘿 😍: I ordered the large pho with brisket and flank and it was heavenly, huge portions, fresh greens, crispy jalapeños. The best pho I've had since my favorite spot shut down. And it's only $13 for ALL large bowls ANY protein. The shrimp and tofu spring rolls are also top notch.

𝙎𝙀𝙍𝙑𝙄𝘾𝙀 😕: it was lacking, the store wasn't very busy but more than anything it felt like we were a burden to the staff, I'm polite, patient and personable, did nothing to make them annoyed and was very apologetic since I felt that way.

The gentleman with the arm-band tattoos is the first guy that smiled at me when he ran to return my glasses case, that alone changed my mind about visiting again.

the restaurant was barely a third full and we had three waiters come to our table to take our order after we already placed it then brought they wrong thing over twice, would be TOTALLY fine and ignored if they were any amount of kind,

I sound like a Karen but I'm for real just a sensible dude that has worked as a waiter and it's simply not hard to just be kind.

𝙍𝙀𝙎𝙏𝙍𝙊𝙊𝙈𝙎 😍:...

Bún Bò Huế is a popular Vietnamese noodle soup that originates from the central Vietnamese city of Huế. The dish features a spicy and flavorful broth made from beef bones, lemongrass, and shrimp paste. The soup is then filled with rice vermicelli noodles and a variety of ingredients such as beef shank, pork hock, sliced pork, and pig's blood cake. It is typically served with fresh herbs such as basil, mint, and bean sprouts, and garnished with a squeeze of lime and sliced chili peppers.

The combination of the savory broth, tender meat, and fresh herbs creates a harmonious blend of flavors that is both satisfying and refreshing. The soup has a spicy kick that lingers in the mouth, which is balanced out by the fresh herbs and citrusy lime. The rice noodles provide a soft and chewy texture that absorbs the flavors of the broth and meat.

Overall, Bún Bò Huế is a delicious and complex Vietnamese noodle soup that is sure to satisfy anyone who loves spicy and...

The rumors are true—the pho at Pho Phi is cheap, quick, and delicious. I've been to joints that charge more for less food, and most places definitely don't give you as much bang for your buck as this place. The staff is extremely attentive and friendly, and our food came out just a few minutes after ordering. The large pho order bowl is bigger than your face. I opted for the small P13, which has all the cuts of meat and was only a dollar more, and I'd say the bowl actually came with more beef than the large size. Definitely worth it if tripe, tender brisket, and tendon are your thing. The broth was fragrant and perfectly seasoned, and the noodles were just right—not too tough and not overdone. What other reviews are saying about the egg rolls are also somewhat true, since the appetizer came out after we got our bowls and they were steaming untouchably out of the fryer. Still good, though.

The food was pretty good here. I ordered the vermicelli egg roll with pork. I also got the egg roll wrapped in rice paper with vermicelli and a cold coffee. The overall texture of the food and taste of the food was good. I would eat here again for sure. What I didn't care for too much was, the egg roll and the pork in the vermicelli needed to be cut up so it could be eaten. If you don't mind using your hands when you eat or picking up large pieces of meat and eating it off your fork, then the whole barely cut pieces of pork will be fine for you. The cold coffee is the French Cafe du Monde coffee, all in all it was pleasurable to drink. That atmosphere is rather bland but that doesn't really bother me much.

It was all OK, not a whole lot to say bc I didn't get a whole lot. If you view my pics, it looked like I got the leftovers for my large bowl. I can eat any Pho bc it's my favorite, but when you skimp out on all the meats, you are just leaving little to talk about. Just based on the broth alone, it was very average, at least it didn't taste fake with a citrus flavor which usually means an instant Pho package. The BBH, I'm a bit conflicted, it didn't have the beefy broth flavor but it did have nice spice to it which I liked. The pork and meats still needed some time to Stew longer cuz they were still chewy. Not terrible, but just not the quality I would expecting.
